    In this video I will show you how to get rid of your peripheral edema / oedema / pedal edema swelling in your legs.
    When you feel your legs are swollen, heavy and full of water, puffiness of the tissue and stretched or shiny skins
    When you press it it will leave a dent.
    This is cause by the retention of fluid in leg as is call peripheral edema. But it can be referred to as oedema or pedal edema.
    The water leaks out through the holes in the blood vessels causing swelling in the leg area.
    There could be many reasons why you have peripheral edema, but a modern example would be T sitting too long like on a long flight journeys without moving and that would cause blockage in the blood flow.
    This video will show you step by step guide to help you to get rid of the swelling,
    by massaging the leg muscles to relax it, allow the blood pressure to regular, and blood to flow in through the affected area.
    Once the blood flow has improved, it will help to hold on to the excess water and drain it out of the system.
    It’s important to follow the exercises closely, timing is important.
    Do this 2 times a day for 3 weeks

    I'm 68 years old and have suffered wirh severe edema in my ankles and lower legs all my life. When I seen the title of this video suggested to me by RUclips . I thought yah right and wasn't going to click on it but then decided it's only 4 minutes why not. I am not exaggerating when I say pretty much over nite all of my edema is gone. My ankles are now skinny and comfortable and my calves are soft and pliable versus rock hard. Now when I sit and watch tv/youtube I do this method morning, noon and at night. I still can not believe this miraculous outcome. Thank you so very much and God Bless you.

      @@luzi29 I lean against the wall and have the chair next to the wall too. Like that I can balance. My hip is weak si I have to stand with support. Hope this helps.

    This, compression socks and rebounding has reduced the edema significantly. I'm not quite at 3 weeks yet but I'm relieved there's progress.

    Hello sir,
    I am 23 years old, 163 cm women who weighs 86 kg. I am extremely overweight and my TSH level is also high. Since 2 weeks I have started working out and dieting properly (not starving but eating healthy food while taking care of portions). I have seen swelling in my left calf around 1 year ago and it has only increased since then. I will start doing all the things you taught in this video and return after 3 weeks to tell the results.     I usually don't comment till I see results but to be very honest, this guy was sent from heaven because I have my feet and legs looking like a big piece of Ham and today is my third day of doing this exercise and my swelling reduced drastically out of 100% reduced to 60% I'm 45 years old and I have been with this problem for more than 10 years and I'm so glad and grateful that I came across this video, this method really really works I must say this is my third day doing this exercise and have already worked for me i will be back in 3 weeks for updates.     My poor daughter has liver failure , kidney failure ,she needs 3 implants . She suffers with edema in her legs and blistering that oozes ..I wish your remedy could reduce this ,she's very sick ,but she keeps going and going ...       I'm going to try. I've been suffering with this in both legs after a second knee replacement and having blood clots. Dr. increased water pill, bought compression socks, did PT exercises, etc. Elevated feet and legs nightly; in the morning swelling down, as soon as I start moving and walking swelling starts again.
      I just found this video today and will be trying these methods. Thank you God.

    This worked so well it scared me. 1st of all i had a strange terrible rash on arms and legs and Dr's and dermatologists didn't know what it was. This rash went on for about a year getting worse and worse. By the time I found this video my legs had a strange clear liquid coming out of the rash. The emergency room told me it was inflammation and not infection and that's why the antibiotics did nothing for it. Then weeks later my legs and feet got so swollen I was about to go back to the hospital because i had never seen them get so swollen before, they were a littld numb, but then I found this video and tried it. As I did the exercises my body got very hot. That very 1st day I did this video the liquid quit coming out of my legs and hasn't came back since. About day four or five of doing this video I woke up and my legs were super small! It scared me. I hadn't seen them that small since I was a teenager! I was worried that the rash had somehow atrophied my muscles. But then I wouldn't be able to walk right? It was so surprising. Before the major swelling and rash I thought I just had big legs as I am a curvier gal. Now I just wonder how long I was actually swollen. 5 yrs? 10 years? Since my 1st child 18 years ago? I really don't know but what I do know is this video really does work if you work it. Thank you Mr. Goh!

    This was great! i just did it twice and my leg feels great! I have varicose vein's and I've had surgery in the past. I am trying to avoid having to go through it again. I only have a problem with 1 foot/leg and I could immediately feel the blood leaving my foot after this exercise with you. Thank you!!

      Chesdude67 I had varicose vein surgery in 1995 Started having trouble again. Found a short video from Dr. Joel Wallach. He said we need copper. Started taking the max amount . They say take a day 4 mg a day. Takes about 6 months. The pain and bulging veins are gone. I went to a local store like GNC to find my copper. He suggest all the stuff he sells.       @@missluvmoney The doctor at the time. Gave me advil to take for what pain I had. Was not to bad. The doctor snip one end of the vein, and pulled it out from a another cut on my leg.. Wish I would have known about the copper. Can not remember the cost of the surgery.

    Good morning, I have been using this method for a week so far! I have OS, RA, and AS. After the third day I noticed the swelling was less. With the different arthritis conditions it hurt at first, but I got adjusted to it. After this first week, I am not wearing compression socks, and the shape of my feet are looking more like feet! I have a script for hctz, and Lasik, but never got results like this. This has given me confidence in the rest of your videos.     After three week I did see an improvement in the edema. The exercises work a lot better than my compression socks. I still see a little swelling when I have been on my feet all day. That is actually the only time they swell.

      Try keto diet. I am 48 and started getting leg swelling after only 2 hrs at the desk in the morning. After Intermittent fasting and Keto, I have all health benefits and lost 20 pounds. It solved my leg swelling, constant dry mouth, and constant hunger feeling. Everything is tied to sugar. Sugar/carbs spike the blood, then the body produces insulin to bring the sugar down, and causes your hunger again, and the cycle repeats. After avoiding carbs I can go 16hrs without meal, or egg cheat meals, or veg juicing. All dry moth, hunger, tiredness, dry skin has gone. Its all about the food we eat.

I wish I could go on keto diet too, but can’t , as I have some kidney problems. Too much protein is a big No, according to what I’ve read. (If kidneys aren’t working up to par)

      @@foofookachoo1136 I am on allopurinol since 2005. The doctor had told me to avoid protein, cheese and certain foods. I was already mostly vegetarian because my mom, wife, and kids never ate meat so we don't cook it regularly. I use to eat out alot. However after going Keto I eat a lot of meat, and cheese. You can skip some meat and use tofu, or cheese. I do this once in a while. But the allopurinol I need to continue to take. I learned that the real trick is avoid man made foods, sugars and stick with natural organic foods. Its so surprising how well we can control our health with just eating habits.

      ​@K P I have lots of salt and sugar in my diet and I can't get hungry, really eating is a chore, even my favorite foods I have to basically force it. The only way I can get through most meals is chasing my food with a coke a cola classic, it's like foods are so rich tasting I have to have something with bubbles and fizz to wash it down successfully lol... I really really really would like to quit smoking cigarettes but the idea of foods having more flavor than already is a horrifying thought, yet if I could just eat raw vegetables " since I'm not big on enjoying eating .

    I suffer form many spinal issues and arthritis in my knees and Hips. My both legs are affected , calfs swell, tingling and burning from the nerve damage. I tried this and do FEEL better . I am a subscriber and have also tried other techniques you have proposed and they help too. There is no cure for these ailments or surgeries (been to many many doctors and surgeons, No one will operate due to the extensive DDD and facet joint arthritis in my Lumbar and cervical spine. The disc degradation and arthritis has evolved into peripheral nerve damage.But these things help to cope with it. THX again . Keep on Keeping On, !!!

    When you press in the 3 parts of the calf, (top, middle, bottom), are the 3 points you press just approximate and

    I have ankle edema only in one leg after an accident at sports when i was a kid. In fact, the whole leg is bigger than the other, but the edema is visible more at the ankle. It gets worse in summer or when there is too much physical demand on the leg

    Man this is hard for me! I have such limited range of motion and a big belly that gets in the way. But the pain in my right leg from severe injuries really barks when i do this. Regardless, it feels better afterward and i will keep doing it! I have real hope that it will make a difference.

    Mr. Goh--I can do enough of these exercises that I can tell they make me feel better. But I am wondering if you could do a series of edema-reducing exercises for people with disabilities. Old people. People with poor balance. People who can't reach their feet. People who would fall on their head if they tried to balance on one foot. People with big tummies. Is this possible?

    As i tried cold/hot water treatments.. different teas.. medicine.. this is the only thing that helped within minutes and after sone days made my swelling completely gone. Im just speechless and had to comment now

    I’ve had an issue with with water retention in my lower legs for a number of years. It started because of Hepatitis C, since being cured the problem still persisted. I’ve recently tried the 20/4 diet and the effects has been amazing. My legs are almost normal.

    Idk how I stumbled upon this but i tried this. I already feel more mobility/tension released however I don’t see swelling reducer yet. But I’ll keep trying. Doesn’t hurt right? Either live with a swollen leg or have a chance to get rid of the swelled leg. I think I will take my chances on trying to rid the issue. I’m 30 yrs old 5’4 and 120’lbs. I don’t understand why I am like this
