Master_Puppeteer actually, she does have a cameraman! her channel has grown a lot since she’s started it, and she started without one, but she has one/a few now :) still, it’s all her artistic vision. her having a cameraman does not lessen the quality of her creations/the amount of hard work she puts in her videos. hope this helps!

OMG i'm the same!!haha, I just recently rebranded my channel from doing weddings to cooking channel, I found a log in the street to make my cooking look rustic (I love old stuff) but it is not good enough!!!haha, well not compare to Liziqui's utensils.
I am fascinated by the vessels she uses that have the little tray for some sort of liquid by the mouth of them. Never seen jars like that.

S L I know leeks, chives are in a same group of plants. But Im pretty sure those leaves she had them from garlic, and let the other parts of plant in the ground to grow garlic itself and harvested it and make some pickles..😊

Wade Patton Well she speaks Chinese but nether Mandarin nor Cantonese. It is Sichuanese, a non-famous language of China. It is also called the language of the area: Chuan Shu (川蜀地语). People from Sichuan and Chongqing speaks the same dialect.

I highly recommend sugar garlic, it tastes crunchy sweet and a bit sour. My mom always told me to eat garlic when I was a kid because it’s good for health. Ziqi cooks traditional Chinese cuisines like those in other Chinese family. What I am trying to prove is that, for majority Chinese, we don’t eat wild animals or dogs cats......Many of my foreign friends asked me if I have eaten bat soup or pangolin. No I never heard of bat soup until the COVID19 appeared and I have only seen pangolins in pictures as they’re endangered💔 I expect more strict regulations on punishing people selling wild animals. Protect our precious nature🙏

By lifestyle do you mean waking up at 5 am to water the plants, weed the garden, clean the house, feed the livestock, etc. What you see on her videos are all just the end result of a lot of work. People see that and think that is all there is. When faced with reality and work associated with an “idyll” lifestyle a lot of people give up.

PT Wanderer this lifestyle is not uncommon in Asia especially in countries such as Thailand for example where many people live up in the mountains.As an Asian yes its hard work,but waking up at 5am to go to work or do such stuff is not uncommon especially when I’m a student and have to wake up at 6am,commute to school and study till 6pm by which I reach home would be 8pm🤷🏻♀️

CyberPunk Sypher the lands are inherited generations by generations. She was poor when she was a teen, the purpose of making her own video channel is to earn money to raise her grandma. Videos on RUclips are actually just a small part, there’re a lot videos made by herself alone. Now she earns a lot so that she could hire teams to help her photographing and editing.

So I read an article about her, her parents divorced when she was very young, then she went to live with her grandparents in the rural area. When she grow up, she tried various job at the city.. once upon a time, she got a call that her grandma was sick so she left everything and cameback to hometown to take care of her nana. She was inspired by her brother who uploads singing videos on Meipai (Chinese social media) and thinking that she could do one of that too. Over the years through trials and errors she was able to build her channel.
After learning this about her, I was really impressed. All i can say is, she is truly a hard working person and never leaves her family. We all should be inspired!!
Ps: All that woodworking and cooking skill she learned from her grandpa. Apart from this channel, I heard that she is also a bussineess woman 😍
Seems like her grandma's health deteriorated in the last year. In her newer videos she doesn't seem as energetic as in this one.

they did feel like videos by someone who both knew all this stuff off by heart but knew all about technology and 'city' life too (rural UK broadband is dreadful, i can't believe you'd learn how to edit a video in rural china, i'm assuming it's worse since their 'rural' is a million times bigger than ours, so must be far harder to reach). I assumed she'd chosen to move back as a career option, but she didn't, i'm very impressed. It's lovely to see her videos.

Ughh, I wish she could teach us everything that there is to know about gardening. Like tutorials for each season, how to preserve crops, etc. She just seems like an absolutely lovely person as well.

When I was young I worked at a Chinese restaurant. For my 19 bday, the restaurant closed and I invited all my friends and family. The owner asked me what I wanted on the menu, I told him to let the chef decided. I had the best Chinese food I have ever had and dishes I have never seen on any other Chinese restaurant.

She showed a good example of a self sustainable life. My mum told me that during her childhood in 40s, almost everything they ate and drank were self sustainable. They did not buy anything, they reared their own chickens, pigs etc. And grew their own maize, rice and other vegetables. It was a healthier lifestyle, as they also did composting, everything were organic and clean..
