      a way the maker managed to do this was intentionally lowering the quality of audio too thus making it harder to hear the artifacts of the AI

    A true testament to the lengths an animator goes to when trying to realize his idea.
    I can’t think of a more perfect love letter to the show and your fellow Chowder fans. It checks off all the boxes and more.

    I honestly wouldn’t be able to tell the difference between this and an official episode of Chowder. That’s how well you guys did this. So massive props to you man, you nailed everything right on the head here, not to mention the voice acting being SO on point, and the animation especially. Excellent work good sir.

    There's literally no way that the voices were done with AI! That whole video was so well-done, I genuinely thought some of the people and VAs who worked on Chowder came together to make it as a labor of love. That has to be the most high-quality April Fools joke I've ever seen.

    Dude, the insane amount of detail and accuracy, the clever auditory illusion of using Ai Cloned Voices and filming it by camera for the noise background, just to make it more believable...I just can't. You have amazing talent and certainly not wasted. Consider me fooled!

      One time, I would try to make an animation of Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends. It's gonna be challenging, but I'll try to have them and Dexter's Laboratory meet.

    I think you are probably the first person on RUclips to ever use “voice cloning”. It’s kind of creepy to know that when voices have been shown long enough, AI can just make it an entirely new sentence. I wonder if the Chowder Team or even Cartoon Network will recognize this. Still, probably the best thing I’ve seen all year around! Amazing Job!

    While I do highly respect the incredible art and voices. What really sold me was the dialogue, it literally sounds like an actual script from the show. You got a laugh outta me with the leek, how real it was, and the NDA acronym. Amazing!

    This is absolutely amazing!
    You did an incredible job putting this whole thing together, it was so convincing.
    I'm also astounded that the voices were generated by an AI, I thought they sounded a little off while watching the "Leek" but I cracked it up to how low-quality the audio sounded after I heard how Mung delivered his lines, it really sounded like the actual Dwight Schultz!

    Even masked by the recording, it's kinda terrifying what ai voice cloning is capable of given enough persistence and dedication. Oh, well, off to make my favorite characters say lewd things.

    i highly doubt you've never heard this before but this is genuinely outstanding work.
    the way you used the common shoddy camera recording technique to not only do the 4th wall gag but also to mask out the ai's vocal artifacts in the process is pure genius. when this came out i was hoping to find out who you got to do the voicework, but finding out everything was just you and some neural network was mind boggling to both learn and witness. if more stuff of this type of quality is coming, i'm absolutely all for it! keep doing what you do, man. :)

    its so well done that probably the only giveaways for this to be fake would be the not so natural voices and the low framerate when chowder comes but both are hidden under the cellphone camera recording, is just genius.
    btw you totally nailed the characters, animation, tone and humor, its so accurate that freaks me out

    I'm so excited for this voice tech to improve so I can voice chat with it in real time. It might be less than a decade before it's totally indistinguishable in real time and can be easily trained on all sorts of stuff. I hate my voice so being able to make it whatever I want is gonna be great!
