you know, now that it's been a little while, I still find myself flabbergasted that this game is real. it'd be one thing if the game had like, the one spooky area but was otherwise typical brand tie-in game fare. but no. it keeps the vibe going THE ENTIRE GAME. every area, every interaction, laced with funky camera angles, foreboding music, and a general air of unease. it's not "scary", like, Piglet's Big Game isn't some horror masterpiece or anything, but I'm just floored by how uniquely uncomfortable the vibe is here, from the ambience to the way some rooms are framed to how the Heffalumps and Woozles sound. no wonder Piglet is constantly tweaking the hell out, his friends live in The 100-Acre Wood while he's stuck in Silent Hill
Fr i thought it was like, one single spooky area and/or people editing clips but it fr is like that the whole game. Is there any background music that's being disabled?
I really thought this was some fan-made game made recently to disguise as one of those “an old game I found.” The fact it’s an actual licensed kids game made in 2003 makes this all the more intriguing.
I've been telling people for years that this game freaked me the hecc out as a child and they all thought I was nuts. Seeing this childhood game resurface and be recognized for its horror elements is both hilarious and vindicating for me xD
For real it reminds me of early Capcom horror. The running mechanic when Piglet gets scared reminds me of Clock Tower 3 where Alyssa would scramble when at low health.
Yeees almost nobody mentioning that, also the health system is similar to that game, the more scared piglet is the lower his health, really this game took a little of every major survival horror of it's time, and I cannot believe I'm actually saying this XD hahahaha
This game hits the concept of ambiance right on the head! Going from cheerful to downright unnerving, and when some games give you a sense of comfort after defeating enemies, this game goes straight to feeling weird again. All of the strange angles and dim lighting makes for a great visual display!
Looks like the developers really took a lot of inspiration from SH2, and this one came out a year after SH2. I mean how did they manage to turn this kid friendly PS2 game, and turned into this surrealistic nightmare.
I'm having a hard time wrapping it around my head that this is an actual Winnie the Pooh game, this feels more like an odd tech demo like Peach's Castle that we weren't suppose to see.
I thought it was like, one single spooky area and/or people editing clips but it fr is like that the whole game. Reminds me of Luigi's Mansion for the GC. Is there any background music that's being disabled?
Piglet has refused to fight against his fears for too long. They have come for him now. He has no choice but to progress through the fears and nightmares of his friends to save them from the horrors created by their minds, while at the same time overcoming his owns in a journey of self-discovery that will force Piglet to face what he has refused to deal with.
"This forest is full of monsters, how can you sit there and eat honey!!?"
Yes this is my favourite quote too
"Eeyore, you can't just kill someone cause of the way they looked at you..."
"They look like monsters to you?"

Shudup
When Piglet dashes and pants, it feels like ilhie is struggling to breathe..like he is being strangled
That awkward moment... when a tie-in game is a scarier Winnie the Pooh adaptation than "Blood and Honey."
The Virgin "THIS CHILDHOOD CHARACTER BUT WITH BLOOOOD" movie vs the chad unintentionally terrifying kids game.
Man this sudden explosion of interest in Piglet’s Big Game is nuts
Okay… I need to see a documentary on how development was. I need to know what the development brainstorming process was when making a piglet game.
I've been telling people for years that this game freaked me the hecc out as a child and they all thought I was nuts. Seeing this childhood game resurface and be recognized for its horror elements is both hilarious and vindicating for me xD
2:00 An interesting thing to note is Piglet is especially afraid of heights. This dream is exactly forging to psychologically disturb Piglet.
Silent hill 2 still looks great

Seeing one of my childhood games resurface like this, sure is something to behold.

Piglet wanders through the liminal confines of the subconscious mind, only to meet monstrous creatures that plague them…
In my restless dreams
I see that town
The Hundred Acre Wood
Knowing how easily scared i was of unintentionally creepy parts in licensed games, i would've shat my pants with this one.
Im seeing this game everywhere
american mcgee’s piglet

Babies first silent hill
Silent Hill Jr.
Man I didn’t know disney had a Silent Hill game that featured Poohbear and friends back then..cool! 😂
1:34 I don't know why this reminds me of little nightmares xd
It’s literally the kitchen chapter with the chefs, glad I’m not alone on getting those vibes💀
This is so good, I am proud for this to be my first "first" on a youtube video
Ohhh Pooh...can you really be in this town?"
Silent Squeal 2
“Piglet, you made me happy 🥹”.
Piglet: "Can I copy from your homework?"
Silent Hill: "Sure, but don't make it look too obvious."
Some adventure games adding mental sanity for the sake of looking edgy
Meanwhile this is piglet only health system
I'm having a hard time wrapping it around my head that this is an actual Winnie the Pooh game, this feels more like an odd tech demo like Peach's Castle that we weren't suppose to see.
This game holds up surprisingly well over the years.
I NEED corruptions of this game
Nice thumbnail
Silent hill 2 for kids
Disney's version of Luigi's Mansion.
More like Silent Hill.
I thought it was like, one single spooky area and/or people editing clips but it fr is like that the whole game. Reminds me of Luigi's Mansion for the GC. Is there any background music that's being disabled?
Silent Hill for Kids
This game is Kids’ first silent hill.
Since the license expired for Winnie the Pooh, someone should make a silent hill type game out of it.
What just happened?
Piglet has refused to fight against his fears for too long. They have come for him now. @@DiegoMantilla Okay, so now Winnie-The-Pooh is crossing over with fucking Silent Hill.
Great now this game has the overpriced curse. Can't let scalpers sniff any interest on old media.
i mean if its a ps2 just do the HDD mod and play roms off of that
The death of physical media has completely ruined the retro market.
Lets add minecraft cave sounds and typical poligoned ps1 graphics
