Our family had exciting news on Dec. 19th, when our great granddaughter Nevaeh was born to our grandson and his wife. It’s such a joy to have a baby in the family again.

Do I spy some lovely tulips? My favorite flower. So many beautiful designs were shown today (as always!), it reminded me that I have a few in my stash that I would really like to see stitched and on the wall! Congratulations on Nevaeh, my granddaughter Penelope was born the same day, I think I already told you. When you were showing the rounds it occurred to me how nice it would be to have a Music in the Round, I don’t think you have one already, with notes and instruments and such…
Hi Karen, I love tulips too, but do I dare admit that those in my office are not real?! But during winter, I usually buy a bouquet every week, a splurge for sure. I love the idea of music in the round and will add it to my list. Thank you

You are correct. This was my first time watching and I love the older designs. I have only been cross stitching about 3 years and haven't seen a lot of older patterns.

Oh, how I love all the pink! Then I can't even recall the names but those 2 larger ones, I think the first you you called Floral Alphabet, are exquisite. Seeing that one and the next one really makes me want to do them! And you're correct. We all enjoy the new things but we care mostly about stitching what we love and seeing the old ones gets those wheels turning and I want to stitch them! So onto my "want list" they go! Dear Glee, so glad you saw some more designs that you like! You can always write to me to ask about a certain design. And I agree, when I’m looking for what to stitch next, the design has to,appeal to me first, rather than how old or new it is. My Flosstube friends are the best!
Boy, I can't decide. We are dog 🐕 people at our house, but we have feral rabbits in our yard, and we have a shop kitty.

@@jbwdesignscrossstitch4750 Thank you. I have always loved The Nutcracker Ballet since I was a child and the line from The Night Before Christmas "while visions of sugar plums danced in their heads". My passion for baking and making homemade chocolates and candies is almost as great as my passion for cross stitch. When my son helped me create an Instagram account we came up with this name. He said it siuted me. I do combine the two passions sometimes in my cross stitching.
I’m just getting back into cross stitching and found your site. The designs are beautiful!! I’ll be definitely doing some of these shown!

Yes, it is made by Kreinik and I think is called the Custom Cord Maker. Hope this helps 😊
