So nice to see you, Judy, after your much needed time away with family. I have had COVID twice (fully vaccinated) and Influenza A (vaccinated). Neither are any fun. I am amazed you were able to get ready for Market! I am going to stitch When Cardinals Appear. I am going to change (at least try) a couple of the Cardinals to females. I’ll post it when I am finished. Colorado Cross Stitcher is my LNS. So happy to see her as your featured shop. She hosts a weekly stitch night and it is so inspiring to see what everyone is stitching. Take care! ❤
I just barely stumbled onto your floss tube channel and so glad that I did. Your designs are wonderful and I’ve made note of several I want to purchase and stitch. I, too, have a soft spot for bunnies. ❤
I bought the Cardinals are near is because I lost my father on the 13th of December of 2023 but I was thinking that I’m going to put a initial for my family around the piece. I collect anything to do with birds on or in it and make them but I love flamingos .
Oh Judy poor you! That Covid is not fun for sure! And the timing just before market oh my goodness! Well you should never be nervous about your designs they are always so elegant and fancy just like flights of fancy. Your designs to me are so pretty I love pretty! So glad you are back. You take care of yourself. You are not allowed to get sick! We miss you too much❤️
Lovely video as always,,,,so glad that you are better and that you had a good vacation..love all your designs,I have several and am going to stitch Flights of Fancy next,,,Thank you❤
It was so nice to see another video. I am glad you had a good time in Florida. I enjoy seeing your designs, they all are so elegant. May is busy for us also, my DIL, daughter, myself and soon granddaughter have May Birthdays, and of course there is also Mother’s Day.
Wonderful to see you again. I love your stories. I’m not surprised you were busy at market. I saw many flosstubers talk about your designs, especially the cardinals. Happy designing. Enjoy your busy May. I’m the only one in my family with a May birthday.
6000+ delighted, happy and loyal subscribers! You should not be surprised. I watch every time you post a new video because you always make me feel like you are giving me a big hug , sharing and caring. And, of course, every design you show is one I want to stitch. I hope you remain feeling better and better. Happy spring.
Glad to see you back. Happy to hear your getting better. I purchased both When Cardinals Appear and Flights Of Fancy at Barefoot Needle Art while visiting SC. My dear friend just passed and I'll stitch the Cardinals for her family.
Finally got to watch this morning! Just love watching/listening to your videos & this one was particularly lovely because I heard my name mentioned. I will be emailing you asap! Thank you!
Oh man. So so sorry covid derailed you for a while. I have not had it yet either! Guess that's a good lesson that I'm not immune myself. Judy, I loved your designs so much this last market, I ordered them twice! Lol Not on purpose but you released some beauties I could not resist. Needless to say, my good friend will soon become addicted to you designs like I am when she receives my doubles. Love your ideas and showing of different finishes. Such an enjoyable video as always. Be well!
Dear Pam, you gave me a chuckle today when I read that you had purchased doubles of some of the new! And lucky friend! Hope you can spend some time stitching together.
I’m so sorry you were so sick before market. Covid is no fun!!!! Your market releases are amazing. I have “Flights of Fancy” started and love your idea of a monogrammed project bag!
What a joy to find you recovered from your recent illness. I always love your designs and your new ones are so beautiful. My father is 91 and we recently had to place him in a memory care facility. We have always watched the birds together and your cardinal piece touches my heart. I am stitching this with him in my heart. Thank you for sharing this. It means so much
Dear Mona, I have such empathy for you as my mother also suffered from memory issues for a long time. I am so glad that the cardinal piece is something you want to stitch. Thank you.
so enjoyed this happy video. Glad market went so well for you. It was good to know all the work that goes into market. Love the beautiful colours that go into your designs and also the finishes. 🎉🎉
Love your designs! Just finished stitching Bunnies in the Round...did it in a mint green color...loved how it turned out! I also have a couple of the newer bird designs so hopefully sometime this year I will get around to stitching one of them at least...Covid is bad...I got it the first time just before Thanksgiving. My husband does not cook so lucky for him I recovered enough to do Thanksgiving dinner that year...though to be on the safe side we didn't have any company over. Congratulations on the 6,000 subscribers!
Judy, a big smile spread across my face when I saw the notification you had posted a new video! I’ve had COVID twice, and can’t imagine trying to recover just prior to a major event like Market. So thankful you were still able to get everything done, go, and hopefully had a good time. I limited myself to one market release this year because I have such a backlog of things I really want to get stitched and on the wall. My one release was your When Cardinals Appear! I ordered it through Keepsakes so I could get an autographed chart and the floss pack as well. Now that I’ve re-seen all your releases, I’m very tempted to get the pastel sampler and stitch it in honor of my mom and put her name on the bottom. I think it is Lori Holt who is stitching samplers for her ancestors, and I liked that idea, at least as far as doing ones for my mom and dad. Anyway, I’m rambling. I simply love your designs and am so thankful you are still inspired to bring us such lovely stitches!
Dear Karen, I am honored that you chose one of my designs to purchase, as I know most stitchers already own a lot of patterns. I can’t imagine having Covid twice, but I have heard of that happening. Oddly my husband never got it, and we really didn’t isolate from one another. Thank goodness, as he might have really been sick. Thanks for writing and watching.
So happy you are fine now, 😢 that Covid seems to be everywhere lately. Thank God, you and your husband doing good now. Your room is so beautiful and bright. So enjoyed seeing your Cross-Stitch patterns, real pretty, thank's Judy. Carolann from Minnesota saying HELLO❤😊
Oh Judy, How wonderful to see you again. I am so happy that you had a good time at Nashville Market, (I knew you would and I LOVE every new chart you released!) Sorry that you got caught by Covid but you must have had a quick recovery because you look lovely and are back at work doing what you love. What a wonderful time with family, I know you savor every moment. Thank you for sharing your time with us, spending time with you is like a breath of fresh, beautiful, Spring air! Until next time...xoxoxo
What a lovely note Barbara, and we are having such a nice early Spring here in Michigan. So it is good to be home again. And good to be with all,of my stitching friends!
What an exciting May for you! Love the new market releases and your shop features. Colorado CrossStitchers shop is a highlight for me every time I visit family in Colorado and her flosstubes on color are in the “must watch” category. Happy stitching!
Just you are the sweetest lady. You are so pleasing to listen to. And I love the cardinals and bluebirds samplers that you have come out with. I hopefully will start one of those soon! And have a great May! It sounds like it’s gonna be a busy but fun month for your family! Take care and happy designing and stitching!
So glad to see you in good health after your bout with Covid. The lead-up to Market sounds exhausting, especially when sick. You were wise to take the time to recover after and I am sure being in Florida and having so many family members visit helped. Thank you for the lovely designs...a few of them are in my collection now.
So sorry you got hit with Covid! But happy you were able to persevere and have a successful Market. So many wonderful designs again. Love them! Love Colorado Cross-stitch! Sherrie is such an asset to this community.
So happy to see you back. Glad you are feeling better, covid can be nasty. Loved all your new designs, especially Bird of Flight. It’s on my list to do. Please keep sharing with us. You are a delight to watch. Pink loves nice on you.
Thank you for a wonderful floss tube. We had 6 birthdays in May but we are down to 4. All of your designs are beautiful. I bought many from market. Enjoy your May
Dear Katherine, I was fortunate to get on meds quite quickly so perhaps that helped. But getting away for some rest and relaxation was very restorative.
Great to see you again and glad you had a great get away. Sorry, to hear about you both getting COVID. I just love the cardinal and the other bird piece!!
Hi, Judy...I am so glad and thankful you and your hubby survived covid. I've been checking for your next video since the beginning of March...I was beginning to go thru withdrawal as I totally enjoy seeing and hearing to learn what you've been doing and what you're up to. See you again soon. Stay safe.
Thank you Christine! You can always email me if you are too worried about where I am! And I love the fact that you were missing my videos. You know I miss you too.
So wonderful to watch your newest video. Always inspiring. I was able to purchase a couple of your new releases and look forward to starting them. Thank you.
So nice to see you back, Judy. My husband and I went to Florida at the beginning of March for a much needed three week vacation, and we promptly caught COVID while we were there ....not fun! We are just now starting to feel better, so it was a long haul. I think your designs are so popular because not only are they very pretty, but they are timeless. Thanks for all of your beautiful designs and thanks for your lovely floss tube videos!🌺🌺🫖🫖🌷🌷
I am so sorry to hear that you and your husband were so sick while you were away. Ironically, my husband never caught it, and we were not good about isolating. So appreciate your note.
Oh we have missed you! So glad you are over Covid and back at it after busy market. Thank you, again for your inspiring videos. I pre-ordered 3 of your market charts and love them all!
Judy I’m so very sorry you and y our husband caught that nasty covid bug! it really does a number on our bodies and we don’t just bounce back from it. Your new releases are beautiful. Can’t wait to get my hands on them. Take care Judy and thank you for all your lovely designs ❤
It’s so great to see you back Judy but so sorry to hear you ended up with Covid. Just happy that you recovered and are feeling better. Love all your new designs. Look forward to seeing you at Stitch Con.
I am so,looking forward to being back with you all Linda, as our table was so much fun! Keep your fingers crossed that my husband doesn’t have to have back surgery. I do not want to miss our gathering!
So great to "visit" with you today. You look beautiful! Loved hearing about all your adventures; so sorry you were sick, though. Spring is such a wonderful time with so many fun things to do. Happy Stitching! Take care.
Merritt, so good to hear from you but I did hear from a little birdie! That you are very busy with a move. It sounds like it will be wonderful, once it is all done! Missing you.
Wonderful video. I love to see all your designs. ❤ Do you have any plans to chart other parts of the Flights of Fancy antique? I would love to stitch the horse motif.
Judy, I am so glad you are back. I have missed your videos. Your videos are so interesting and you have such a calm voice, not to mention that I love seeing your old and new charts. You wear such bright and cheerful tops and accessories too. I know what you mean when you said your grandson does not want pictures of the baby on social media. My husband worked at a police department for 27 years and he always told our daughters to not post pictures of the kids online. There are so many strange people out there. One question..do you stitch in hand?
Dear Gail, I was gone for quite a long time, but should be back on a normal or close to normal schedule going forward. I like your question, and will address in next video. I do stitch in hand, but also use Q snaps when I am stitching my designs over one. It helps to keep the fabric taut and makes it a bit easier to see.
Judy, I missed you and your beautiful face! I worried about you! I’m so glad you are okay. I’m delighted you had a wonderful and successful time at market. I love all your designs, especially the Fleur Alphabet. Thank you for all your interesting stories. Bernadette at BernStitches made her own antique sewing box from a makeup box, I believe. It was very cute and looked so useful. Enjoyed seeing pic of your family. How many children do you have? Good looking family. [I think I would put my friend’s daughter’s initials and date of passing on her Cardinal piece. But ask to make sure 😌]
Dear Pat, thanks so much for writing. We have 2 children, but 6 grandchildren with one married, so I count our grandsons wife as our 7th grandchild. I will have to look for Bernadette’s sewing box. I have seen some wonderful examples.
Darn Covid! I’m getting my booster in a few days to be ready for Stitch Con. For the cardinals, my son passed away ten years ago from cancer. If a friend stitched it for me I think I would like her initials as a symbol of her support when I’d need it. I have stitched cardinals in memory of my parents and son but did not include their initials on them.
I just noticed your comment and am so sorry for the loss of your son. But I so appreciate your feedback on the initials. And thank you for stitching the design.
Judy, not to be personal...but did you have your Covid shot this past autumn? I was not able to get mine due to possible cancer in my thyroid. But, I got Covid from our cancer center and I was extremely ill. My doctor said I was lucky to make it through. They were looking for blood clots and they made me live in the ER for two solid days...admitted to the hospital but yuck for the Emergency room...not clean and just awful.
Oh Debra, you really suffered from Covid, but hope you are better now. We did have our shots this Fall, and it was my first time having it. Oddly, my husband never had it, thank goodness as he has many health problems. Hope you are ok.
Thankful you recovered from Covid! Good to see you again! Love all your new releases!❤
Thank you Paula!
Such a wonderful video, full of interesting information. thank you!
Thank you Karen!

Dear Jana, thanks so much for taking a chance and welcome! I so appreciate all of you. .
I bought the Cardinals are near is because I lost my father on the 13th of December of 2023 but I was thinking that I’m going to put a initial for my family around the piece. I collect anything to do with birds on or in it and make them but I love flamingos .

Great to see you again your videos are such a treat. The new designs are ace so elegant. Happy stitching
Thank you so much Neil. Hope you have lots of happy projects to work on!
@@jbwdesignscrossstitch4750 oh! I definitely will keep him in my thoughts and prayers.
Glad you are feeling better. Loved all your Market releases!
Thank you Heather!!
Glad that you are feeling better. Your new designs are just beautiful!
Thank you C Lynne!
@@jbwdesignscrossstitch4750 Yes, it has been a busy time. Would love to catch up sometime! Take care.😊
The Cardinals piece is so beautiful. I can't wait to stitch it.
Thank you Katherine! I think a lot of people are touched by that sentiment.
Once again, love to see you and your designs!
Thank you JoAnne. I just love being back with you all.
Wonderful video. I love to see all your designs. ❤ Do you have any plans to chart other parts of the Flights of Fancy antique? I would love to stitch the horse motif.
That’s a good question Linda. I think if there was enough interest I would consider doing more of that sampler.
I loved my visit with you today.
Thank you Debra!
Welcome back, Judy!
Thank you Nerdy stitcher!
♥️🌹
Judy, lovely video! Always inspiring. When you stitch your designs over 1 do you do a full cross or a tent stitch?
Hi Pat, I actually do a full cross stitch over one thread. On #28,use one ply of floss!
We back on the grind you know how it is.🐻⬇️
