my parents new build with DR Horton didn't even give the option for ethernet hookups, looks like the entire house is ran off wireless setup - not sure how i feel about that for them
That sucks, I wouldn't build a house without having a good pre-wire. Perhaps they could have a low voltage company out and run them through the attic?
Smart key pad features literally don't matter if they can be easily picked. Quickset btw is notoriously horrible.
Picking locks in general is a lot easier than people think, whether it’s smart or not. A common door lock is really just a deterrent, if a criminal is determined to get in, they’ll find a way.
@@BrandonDoyleMNthis is very true for common door locks you get at big box stores.
Yeah and they are both horrible homes. Both company's homes are very poorly built and cheap.
