Having worked for Fieldstone for over twenty years...I can tell you that both of these homes are junk compared to it. Cut corners at all costs, shoddy contractors and unreasonable building schedules....Which makes for a haphazard build.....I wouldnt live in either one....My opinion

I’m sure the neighbor was not happy when they shoe-horned this house into the small vacant space and ruined the view. He/she is probably wishing he/she had bought the outlet. Would be nice to know what it cost to build this beautiful, but unnecessarily ostentatious, house. The money spent here could have provided basic homes for dozens of people.

The wow-factor, room proportions and utility are a 10 out of 10 ! Kudos to the architect and design team for executing some very BOLD concepts and keeping it both WARM and contemporary.

It was cool watching this home being built from the lake, I was wondering what the inside looked like.

My guy really likes ethernet! You have me sold on POE cameras, Im not so sure about 3 for the TV. Modern wifi keeps getting better and better, the bottleneck is no longer the home network or even the ISP connection, but rather how many bits Netflix wants to send out while still making a profit. You don't need it for speed, and you aren't powering a TV with POE.

All homes should be built to accommodate the elderly and disabled. This will be better for everyone. Large wide doorways and hallways make using a cane, walker or wheel chair much easier. Bathrooms or wet rooms need to have flat floors and no shower hump or pan. A flat floor allows for easy access and drains need to provided. Easy to use lever door and faucet handles are easier for the elderly to grip and open. Main floors should include a master bedroom, restroom, shower, laundry and wide walk in closet with few steps to enter. Homes should be designed with aging in place in mind.

All new buildings should be designed with large roof overhangs. The large overhang provides beauty and protection from the sun, rain and wind. Protection of the doors, windows and siding make for a more durable and comfortable home.

New homes should come with solar panels, a rain water collection system and an electric vehicle charger in the garage.

A doorbell being bulky has nothing to do with the functionality and quality. What kind of review is this? Oh this doorbell looks fat so don’t ever buy it!
