Been to Vegas annually since 1977. Took the pandemic for me not to visit. Gamble a little, see a show almost every night, people watching, pool time, and everything from In-N-Out to Joe’s. I arrive for 14 nights starting Memorial Day for my 85th visit from New Jersey. My happy place. Great informative videos, thank you.
For breakfast/brunch, hit the Hash House A Go-Go. The one on the Strip gets crowded, but the one on Sahara is about a 10 minute Uber ride. Worth it. You won't be hungry until dinner. Speaking of dinner, if you can find a place off-Strip, you'll save a lot of cash. For a steakhouse, try Herbs & Rye, or for an amazing experience, get the tasting menu at a place called Partage. Regardless, make reservations for dinner wherever you go. Even the buffets!
It's actually a lot of fun. For about 3 days. Then every casino begins to look like every other casino! The constant ringing of the slots machines will stay in your head for about 3 days after your visit. Seriously, you will hear slot machines ringing in your sleep!
67 days & 11 hours to Vegas! But not like I'm counting down or anything. Great video Aly! I've been to Las Vegas dozens of times & Always learn something new with your videos before arriving there. My trips always start getting up early and hitting the lazy river & pools while staying Mandalay Bay. Is 10am too early for a margarita at the pool? Asking for a friend. I'm glad I did the High Roller last time at night. Yes! The sights were incredible. This time doing the Sphere Experience for the first time on this upcoming trip. Again Thanks for all the great info Aly. I'll think of you guys when I go back for my usual frozen Baileys!
we love the speakeasy and always hit up 3-4 of them. also Freemont is typically our first night there, great opening. Still really want to do arts district. did a kayak trip last time which was fantastic.
Hey~ just watched back to back of your Las Vegas videos! Thoroughly enjoyed them~ they'll be very helpful on our trip this weekend. Big thanks from Korea!
Las vegas is whatever you want it to be. I like to see shows and sight see and look around in the cool hotels. I love Vegas but only 3-4 days is enough for me or I get board.
40 days to go! Hubby and I travel from Halifax, Nova Scotia so we stay 6 nights. It’s a long travel day with connecting flights so 6 nights works for us, although hubby could stay longer if we had the money.
Wow Ally first time to watch your YT and was great will be looking for more and try to see others you have done. I used to travel to Vegas lot and with all the new things you help…. Thanks
Be careful with the secret flower drink at Cosmo Chandelier Bar. I ordered it and took a few sips and my night was ruined. I was more nauseous than I'd ever been in my life. We had to leave immediately. Luckily it was the end of our night and not the beginning.
Wow! I've never heard of someone reacting like that to the drink. Glad you're ok. I made a whole video about trying our experience if you're interested: ruclips.net/video/emK9R_gMZdA/видео.htmlsi=2tP-Prb7ux5m21Rj
@@alysmalls Thank you! I'm definitely ok and it was short lived misery for sure. My husband and I still love Cosmo's Chandelier Bar and go on every trip:)
May is warmer than October. October is still great weather-wise, but there are a few big events and setup/construction will be happening for the Formula 1 race - something to consider
NEVER BOOK THROUGH THIRD PARTY WEBSITES. If prices go down, you may not be able to get the lower rate. Second, should come across a problem with you stay, you will have to go through the website not the hotel.
Why not Circus Circus? It's so much less expensive and we'll hardly be there at all. Rather save that money. So unless the rooms have bugs or smell like cigarettes.... Actually please do speak up asap, somebody, if that's the case!!!
Been going 1 or 2 times a year for the past ten years with a total of 16 trips, focus on shows and food.... You must be getting paid by spiegals because Absinthe the show does not come remotely close to even mediocre variety shows when it comes to cost/value. You can catch many other variety shows with similar talent for half the price. Don't suggest this to newbies, it's just mean to make them waste money. We want them to come back.
lol not paid by anyone. Absinthe is my favorite show - it's expensive yes. Whenever I hear someone say they didn't enjoy it, I think it's because it was too spicy for them. There are lots of shows to choose from, and I recommended a few in the video.
Thank you, this video was very helpful. Just because I lived in Vegas for six years. Whenever I go back with friends I am voted to plan the itinerary. Many things have changed that it can be overwhelming. Again, thank you for posting this video.
I have a video idea if u haven't done it yet of course. We sometimes have to stay in one area, for example, downtown. What are things to do, eat and see in the same vicinity that you could do for say 4-5hrs? I like the lovely triangle of Aria, Cosmo and Planet Hollywood. Thank you in advance ;-)
great idea! I haven't done yet for fremont, but I did one for the Arts District, which you could definitely spend a few hours shopping, murals, breweries, art galleries, museums, great food etc! ruclips.net/video/q95oLPnoKxI/видео.htmlsi=KuTTlo5McWuj2syA

No Joke - probably one of the most useful "Guide to Las Vegas" I've ever seen. Trying some of these.... very soon!
Absinthe is also my fave Vegas show. Good recommendation. Lots of fun and laughs!
Ocean Bar and Grille for breakfast🔥🔥
For some reason, Las Vegas has never appealed to me, but after watching this, I might actually give it a try. Thanks for such an informative video!

I think Vegas is either a love it or hate it place, no in between! I hope you love it if/when you make it there!
24 days to go. Bacchanal is #1 buffet the rest of your video is very helpful for newbies. I have been going for over 40 years, always something new
Going in January, thank you!! This helps so much!
January is a nice time to go, I been going every January since 2015

Burned out on the casinos or Strip? Yes. Hoover Dam! 🌊
Drive there & take the Dam tour!
But is there any Dam beer?

I'll be there in 4 days!!
Circus Circus sucks! LOL :) Our best hotel experiences are the Winn, Encore and the Venetian!
I realllly need to stay at the Wynn!
I like Circus Circus. You can get a good room that's cheap and save your money for other things. And I like the atmosphere.
great tips AS! u pho got to say bring comfy shoes! its a must for all da wokking!
Make a video about getting the best price on an all inclusive over Christmas!
I swear I've watched all of your videos, but if you had one with the Vegas cat cafe, I missed it. Which one is it covered in? Keep up the good work.
Actually I made a whole video about just the cat cafe! ruclips.net/video/u2oXLMyoFE0/видео.htmlsi=AxEONqiov79ZprXh

Able Baker Brewing!
At 3:37 it looks like the rollercoaster track just ends. My guess is it will go backwards but that stuff simply isn't for me, heh.
L❤VE the shirt! Where did you get it?
Thanks! Got it at one of the Vegas gift shops!
I like lake mead you didnt mention
Do the hotels have breakfast buffet’s anymore?😊
Are you related to Biggie?
I’m sure your hubby’s horse was wondering how come he drew the short straw having to cart around a 6’9 guy! 😁
Vegas also has one of the best Chinatown in US, very close to the strip
Ya! I've featured some hidden gem spots in chinatown in other videos I've done!
going may 8 till may 15! hope i can do alot! lol🎉🎉
Any recommendations where to find a deal to Vegas that includes flight and hotel?
Wicked Spoon?? No way! The best brunch is at Jardin in Encore.
Jardine is gross, but the Wynn Buffett is pretty good!

3 days is the max! Its weird that I feel that way because I think about moving there a lot.

Yep, 3 day rule is my rule.
hope you got mgm gold and caesars diamond because those lines are no joke
I never try to see it all and have a better trip for it. Usually stick to about 4 main casinos.
Can you give me some advice, is it better to go to Las Vegas in May or October?
The weather in Vegas is a lot warmer in May than in October
May if u prefer the swimming pool scene, but Oct if u just prefer comfortably warm fall temps
May is warmer than October. October is still great weather-wise, but there are a few big events and setup/construction will be happening for the Formula 1 race - something to consider
These days, may. October will have the F1 setup and strip traffic will be crazy

How can I get one of your t-shirt:)?
think I seen them sold in gift shops in Vegas

Do not go to Vegas on New Years Eve, unless you like 10,000 drunks out in the street. Yea the drunks are free when you cable but you must tip.
