I used Complementary Reimagined Shaders, it's an intense modpack so your computer may suffer with shaders.

There are a couple of mods that would fit into the modpack that you didn't mention or didn't inculde:
Guard Villagers
Villager Recruits
Bountiful
Campanion (or a similar kind of mod for tents and camps in the wild when travelling)
Small light mods to improve the world. In my opinion most mods tend to fall short on this aspect. The world of minecraft always felt too random, empty and unlived. And the way this aspect is tackled will make the entire difference between modpacks.

Should've added "fantasy"
So that people who are looking for historical "medieval" will know it isn't fully historical, but I guess all that we need to be removed for a real medieval experience is the dragons but syill great vid
