Hello huge eyeball, I have a challenge for you, it's very hard. Create a mod combination focused on sailing in a tropical paradise! basic worldgen: 80% or even 90% of the world is ocean, and there are medium sized tropical islands everywhere in the world (big enough for villages to spawn on them). Bonus points if the beaches are wider than vanilla and they have palms! (and what about volcanoes) Structures: on the islands there will be villages or even modified villages, plus some extras like dungeons. Above the water there will be ships of different sizes filled with loot everywhere Underwater the default structures will be revamped Mobs: sea life, both on the beach and underwater and of course the ships can have pirates. Gameplay: the player can build a ship (VS eureka / VS clockwork? ) and sail in this infinite tropical paradise. It's basically a RPG but focused on the sea instead of the usual plains and mountains I believe the hardest part is the world gen, getting the islands right and looking unique (not just flat) with wider beaches and shallow water like real islands (vanilla islands tend to just come up from the ocean floor like a pillar)
@@decimatestudios7686 it can be! but I never managed to actually get the right world gen, so this is why I challenged the mighty eyeball to do it. Just imagine sailing your custom boat in that world with DH and shaders. Seeing you mention FastMove and Real Camera together makes me unreasonably hype, cause I use that combination on pretty much every pack that will allow me to. I also highly recommend mixing it with Squake, since that changes the movement system to work on momentum this means that the speed boosts from the parkour movement stack over time instead of being temporary. As long as you're holding space to keep bunny hopping you can continuously use FastMove's movement to ramp your speed up significantly to a point that's _honestly_ kinda hard to control but very fun. Oh and a lil secret for you, for some reason with this combination of mods, if you do a dive roll while bunny hopping it'll bounce you into the sky, getting higher with each consecutive bounce like a trampoline. Genuinely such an unreasonably fun combination of mods.
There's a mod called Diet that adds more of an optional diet system that had different food groups that you get benefits such as increased health and armour toughness etc. for keeping at a high percentage (>80%) making you insentivised to eat different foods without reducing your health to 3 hearts
that food combo is actually kinda cool, I might try that out, I really like farmer's delight, but I find myself just eating like cooked porkchop and using the skillet to cook stacks of them, so that valheim one could really incentivize food types
I found that TAC: Zero combines really well with First Person Model. It's a bit broken at first, but you can config FPM to not show the 3rd person model when you're holding a TAC: Zero gun, which is really easy since all the TAC: Zero guns use the same ID. Makes it really cool and immersive, might pair well with the bodycam shader, as well as perhaps the Camera Overhaul mod for tilting to the side when moving side to side.
@RonanSeth Well the basis of FPM is that it shows you (in first person) how other people see you (in third person). To config this to work with TAC: Zero, make sure vanilla hands mode is set to "off" in the in-game config. Then, in the "firstperson.json" config, add "tacz:modern_kinetic_gun" to the "autoVanillaHands" setting.
@RonanSeth Make sure you kept the formatting in the config file correct. I forgot a comma when I first tried this and was trying for 30 minutes to figure out the problem.

One mod I prefer for the parkour movement is parcool. It works very similarly to fastmove but with one key difference, you now have a stamina bar above your hunger that will decrease from preforming any parkour move or even running. It adds more dynamics to the way the players stamina is treated in the game, and I find it a welcome change in many packs.
