This is honestly beautiful, you don't try so hard to make it an exact replica, but you put your heart into and make it your own.

Personally I've grown to really love and respect older artists that still do it. Like you said, their wisdom and emotions from life lived comes through in the music. The idealism of youth is great too... but I'm old enough to appreciate the scars left by living a real life.

I don't think it's wise to focus on such a miniscule minority that disliked something. Also I'm not kidding when I say I think most of them accidentally disliked it. When you're on your phone for example you can easily accidentally press dislike instead of like, or you misclick, or you just touch your screen trying to minimise the video or close youtube or whatever and accidentally hit the dislike button. It's honestly happened a bunch of times before to me.

Sad songs are really familiar with my soul. I don't feel happy but I feel understood.
The clarity of the guitar playing, it's really something else.
As a guitar player, I can tell you how much practice it takes to nail something this clearly.
Many times these kinds of acoustic performances can go underrated because it seems so simple. But played live like this without any editing is very difficult.
I can't edit ,so i have to do it in one.

They really do. They were my grandfather's (b. 1927) favorite modern band. Everytime they'd put out a new album he'd listen to it non stop and then we'd discuss it. This video gave me chills on so many levels. 💜💜💜

It's pride for some. But I have noticed it is harder to connect with novel music the older I get (I'm 35). With an extra listen or two I can still find novel music that I love. I suspect it's similar to how learning new languages gets really tough as one ages.
