- Hi friends thnx for following and watching my videos . In this video I have showed complete assembling of my bike which was not easy but v did it in 2 days and I have put new taper roller bearings in it which is koyo japanese bearings . And lot more new stuffs are coming in. So keep watching guys till it finish . Tc ride safe

varaprasad sb not available in India or china but there are some company in Australia which makes wire rims wit tubeless but its very expensive

i like the cosmetics and wear and tear problem sorted out but main issue is the engine it does not look like smooth after 5-10 K its sounds like Tracter and many engine noise is all over do u have solution for this , because engine smoothness is very important for mile munching it should feel like that it will break down in middle of the road.i have driven bs3 and bs4 nothing much change

For engin I have already made a video earlyer about motul oil and I am using motul oil from long time and trust me if you'll use it you'll feal difference . + Ther are other wear and tear parts which were failure like head and rocker arm and clutch which were replace in past so due to all this my engine is smooth

I saw this video and got my Himalayan... but am curious about something BAAK motorcycles have a handlebar No1 and I was wondering could it fit the Himalayan? It fits Interceptor and GT. Your thoughts?

HDT can u suggest by how many KGs can the weight of the bike be reduced.. It would become a better machine if it's weight can be cut down by 20 or more kgs. Is it possible to do that or more?
northwood inc u can reduce about 3 kgs from both wheels which vll cost a big amount of money by changing rims to aluminium and then 3 kgs from front tank gurds and ther are few more grams from lot diffrent parts
not more than 10 kgs then it seems.

I had them on my R15 n they last long, super quality. Bhai one request from me, can you do some R&D in the kickstand shoe or pad. I can't seem to find one made for Himalayan. And this bike has a tendency to fall on sidestand in parking.thanks

I have a problem with my himalayan. Im hearing some weird tik tik noise from the left side of the bike during acceleration and the sound appears frequently when the engine gets heated.service centre guys say its due to the clutch plate.can u please provide a solution for this.Thanks in advance👍
If your engine is heating BCS of loud notice of engine that means your bikes tuening is not good and head valve and rocker arm clearance is not properly set

didn't chekd it on weight machine but it's 70 to 75 kg

I owned a re Himalayan BS4 4 month old 7800km done 😨
Prob:-1 gear shifter inside pin Brock while riding unable to shift d gears they fixed the prob. This happen in May 2018😠
:-2 2018 10days before while riding in havi rain my re Himalayan BS4 speedometer giveup his life (not working)😠
:-3 today morning date 7/7/18 while going to work in d morning bike went through sum potholes & bike started wobbling so chack my frant wheel 😠 & I found dat d fucking wheel rim is band
