The exclusion of the PlayStore is 100% Google's decision. Google chooses not to allow certified support, because they don't want Amazon services to be fatured above and beyond Google's own apps.
It’s such a shame. I LOVE my fire tablets and while you can technically work around the lack of Google play store on it by side loading apps or the play store itself, I have found that it always results in the tablet slowing down slightly afterwards. That may not be as noticeable with the Max 11 since it’s more powerful but I have a feeling it will still happen. That’s why I finally caved and bought an iPad. It really gimps the fire tabs. But they are still an insanely great deal when on sale and fantastic for entertainment and light productivity
I got it few days go the 64 GB model of fire max 11 its worth it too me n I'm tech wise n savy n n I know put alot third party apps on it n more gives u free content
