For me the second or third gen caddy with the magnetic ride control, sleek interior, superior handling, lighter weight, plenty of stock hp, and a little less bulk on the body will do just fine.
Which of these sedans is your favorite and what do you guys want to see?🤔🤔 Edit: I accidently put the Gen 2 CTS-V specs with the ATS-V but I'll blur them out so it doesn't confuse anyone cause RUclips doesn't let me add text afterwards😬😂
The Redeye is an awesome choice! I've got a video on the quickest American SUVs and Trucks for 0-60 times and I think the list would be really similar but I'll definitely look into it. Thank you🙏
The power on these cars are crazy ...u can only do so much wen trying to put it to the road but dame I would love that new caddy lol ....or the widebody red eye 👁️ lol amazing machinez......💪💯
I had a 16' Chevy SS. I miss that car. Turned heads everywhere i went. People assumed it was a malibu. I will eventually get a CTS-V3.. Charcoal or Gunmetal Grey. I'm speaking that shit into existence.
The first Charger you're showing is a 2010-15, like the one I drive. Mine is a '12 SRT just like the one a 2:45 and it's been awesome. I've recorded 0-60 in 4.4 totally stock. As for the 15 and beyond being "better looking", I'm gonna say BS.
I owned a a 2018 SXT plus Charger then I went big with the Hell at Red eye. The older chargers still look good but these new whips are very sharp and intimidating.
For me, I’d be between one the late model Chargers or CTS-V. I’d give the edge to the Chargers though because of the sound of the Hemi. I’d be interested to see what kind of “car guy” videos you’ve been thinking about!
A more accurate title would have been "8 Fastest American ICE Sedans". There is a big American made family sedan that absolutely crushes all 8 of these.
Always wanted a cts v. Drive one just never dropped the hammer on a deal .. dealer wasn’t ready to give me a pass no matter how many cars we purchased .. we left !
(This is purely a guess and I could be completely wrong lol) But my guess would be that the Chevrolet SS, ATSV and gen 2 CTSV are the most reliable and would have the best maintenance costs. You'd also save the most on gas with the ATS. Again though, that's just a guess but I think any of em are new enough and high level enough that if you buy it with modest miles, drive it well and maintain everything at all times, any of these would last you a good while. Sorry I don't have more info for you but I hope that helps at least a little🙏 Maybe someone who's owned one or a few of these will see it and give their 2 cents
Prices for the cars are off. The market is pretty bad. The SS are going for on average high 30s to low 50s. Chargers are worse. Where dealers are charging as much as a Scatpack. But good list on a dying breed.
Yeah those prices were from before word got out about preowned prices being up 20-30% since last year. It really depends on the area though. The other day someone told me they got an SRT8 300 (which I see for 16-18k in my area) for 13.5 thousand. It's also about the type of mileage you're lookin for but I try to stay fairly low. I do like hearing the type of numbers other people see though
@@LibertyDrivesIt sucks because I planned on getting an SS at some point. For the price people want youd be better off going for a Stinger gt, Scatpack or red sport. More bang for your buck. The older SRT8s chryslers you can get around that if you look hard enough. It's the older chargers SRT8s that go for a bit more.
The transmission line broke where it meets the radiator, spewed the 8 speed fluid all over the ground, the car went into "safety " mode, as I blocked traffic, because I was unable to push the car to the side, I read the manual, lifted the funny looking section of the shifter mount, and pulled on the override cable, allowing the car to be moved, also the clip broke on the override, making it necessary to tie the cable to the headrest. 2014 Charger. Made with plenty of cheap parts, shiny cheap plastic they call chrome. That "safety override" is going to get somebody killed. I preferred my 70 Superbee 383 and 69 RT 440....none of the nonsense that they stick on newer versions.
Maybe stock by stock the chargers front looks a lil better but Chrysler it’s overall a better looking car you always say that in each video you bring both up ,,you funny bro lol
Aye thank you brotha🙏 And yeah I usually mean stock for stock but it gets really hard when even a little works done to the 300, you're definitely right💪
I'm a big fan of the G8s but a lot of times they haven't seemed to fit into the lists. I don't have anything against em but if I was doin a fastest sedans video they were barely not fast enough and I believe they didn't fit into the "cheapest of" videos cause they're awesome bargains but not cheap enough for those. They're still great cars though, I should've mentioned em
@@AngelMartinez-cb7re 😂Yeah the one thing I kind of like about not having a huge audience yet is that I get to respond to most or all the comments on each video. Thank you very much
You don't have a bad point, those are just the numbers that came from Dodge though. The Redeyes have more power but the widebody doesn't help with aerodynamics (which have a much larger effect as the speed gets higher) and Demons are set up for drag racing, not necessarily top speed so the gearing might be different. Those are just some guesses, I honestly thought it was weird too lmao but those are just Dodge's numbers
Your list is shit the same car different years, a family sedan that's fast ok, what about the Ford Taurus SHO? these cars are fast as fu^k and can actually take on a corner or two stock and very comfy
Honorable mention to the underdog Pontiac G8 GXPs!! 💪👊
Very true!
yup i was about to say the same thing.
Also Genesis
Lexus and Infiniti

Chevy ss with the ls3 is the coolest American sedan

You did 06’-10’ srt8s and 15’-20’ 392s but you didn’t mention the 11’-14’ srt8s with 475 hp and torque????
