    Endurance and how we can deal with the negative effects of confinement that cause our pets to lose muscle conditioning.
    You’ll learn about objects and furniture that you have around your home or apartment that can be used to build various obstacle courses to help your pet maintain its endurance and muscle mass.
    The video demonstrates the “front paws on an elevated, unstable surface” exercise.

    Thanks Dr. John! How often during the week do you suggest having the dog perform these exercises? And is there a recommended set and rep range?
