@@prodbykaioken not enough power to push subwoofer. It will play but not so good. I normally buy subwoofer to match the amp. For eg in my truck I have 2 1500 watt subwoofers with a 8000 watt amplifier, way more than is needed
@@dentrizzle lol, I’m in a company truck tryna keep it descreet I saw a guy tap the wire on rear speaker and wire sub off it but was unsure. Worst case I get creative n hide it
@@prodbykaioken that’s what I did the 1st time by tapping in the rear speaker until I replace the factory head unit. It can be done. In your case that’s the best option in my opinion.
@dentrizzle if it is NOT too much to ask..... Can you please tell me exactly where it is??. I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW KW T680 2019. And in till now whenever I am using my cellphone with the truck, they can not hear me at all.... I am so stressed out. I can NOT find it in the truck. In fact I tough I did and it was the CB speaker.... Please show me where it is....Thank You !!.
@@acapulco1231 I moved my factory installed micro phone from under the driver A pillar and put it on the outside, so remove your A Pillar and check. It’s all clips and no bolts or nuts.
@@acapulco1231 the A Pillar is right where to the left of the steering wheel at the windscreen. It’s that grey plastic trim. May have to take off the hand rail to get it off.

How did you remove the sleeper speaker
Pop off the speaker cover then unbolt it.
I’ve tried to pop it off. It must be stuck. I’ll try again later

Not the original but aftermarket. It plugs right into the aftermarket head unit.

Where the window bizer is; there is nothing there except the CB Speaker...

Brother what’s the sizes of these speakers
If I’m not mistaken the doors are 6x9 or factory spec and the rear deck is 6 1/2. Both are coaxials
they want us to listen to country music in the truck, no bass crapy mids, and overbearing high end.
