I'll be using Red Heart yarn, which you can easily find at your local Walmart, Joann's, Michaels, or any nearby craft store. I've chosen Red Heart yarn in vibrant white and cherry red colors for this project, creating a beautiful classic Santa hat look. But feel free to customize the colors to your liking. You'll also need your Sentro 48-pin knitting machine and the included tapestry needle.
My step-by-step instructions will help you cast on, transition from the cherry red to white yarn, and finish the project with finesse. And if you're feeling extra festive, I'll also demonstrate how to add a Pom-Pom to complete your Santa hat. How does this machine well with cotton yarn?
Yes, I have made soap savers with cotton yarn. It was fine on both Sentro and Addi.
