I’m so glad you found the tutorial helpful and enjoyed making the snowman! I hope you enjoy some of my other tutorials! Thank you for all your support!
@@GiftsHQ I just ordered the jammit electric 48 hook, I belong to the American Legion and we do a lot of donations to Sub Zero Mission, who helps homeless people in the winter with clothing and stuff to keep warm. Thought I'd give this a try and see how it goes. I really did enjoy seeing how you made the snowman.
@@billofalltrades2633 Thank you for your kind message and the amazing work you do with the American Legion for Sub Zero Mission. I admire your selflessness, and I wish you the best of luck with the Jammit Electric 48 Hook (I haven't used it. I use the Sentro with a low powered screwdriver from Walmart ($15)). Keep doing the good work. - Nancy ❤
I love your Snowman tutorial. It was so easy to follow. I'm going to make them for my great grandchildren and small children at church but will make hat & scarf different colors . Thank you and God bless you ❤
I am so glad you like it. I am sure the kids are going to love it. I hope you can share your finished snowman and post it on our Facebook page. I would love to see how it turned out. Thank you! I'm so glad you liked it. I have another one that I am working on, so stay tuned! I also host live sessions on Saturdays at 12pm EST I hope you can join us!
This is great! I look forward to making it. One thing I wondered is why you didn't make the scarf as a flat piece, or can you not make a flat piece on the Addi? I'm not familiar with it so I wasn't sure, but I think I have the ability to switch my machine to make a flat piece. Mine's not a Sentro, but very similar.
Thank you Neufie! I wanted to provide as much information as I could. Did you decide on purchasing one? If you join our Facebook group (Giftshqusa) you can upload pictures of the project s you made. I like to give tips there too and help people. Hope you can join! -Nancy ❤
Yes Bonnie you can also make it as a panel. There are so many different ways. Just pick the best method for you and let us know how it turned out! I would love to see it. -Nancy ❤
So sorry about the first message, was wondering what you use to stop machine from moving, and what size buttons you used. I can't walk so i order everything online , loved the snowman, great work thank you for sharing,
No worries on the multiple messages! I have done a ton of bloopers myself! 😆 To keep the machine from moving, you can tape the legs down to your surface. I have also seen people attach velcro to the legs and surface. If you want a permanent fix, you can also anchor them down to a tray table! But if you have the Addi machine, it does come with clamps that hold the machine down! Most people have just been creative to come up with a method that works for them! For the buttons, I used random large ones that I had on hand for the belly and just small ones for the face. It is pretty much a matter of preference and the look you want to achieve. Just have fun and try different looks until you get one you like. Let us see the finished product. I am sure it will be great! -Nancy ❤️
I just got my sentro 48 and it doesn’t seem to like size 4 red heart 😞 The stitches seem way too loose. I tried going to the tighter tension and it didn’t do proper stitches. I’m at a loss
Sounds like it is a tension issue. Make sure the machine is anchored down and the yarn is pushed down on the tension guide and then wrap the yarn around your hand. Let me know if that helps.

Yes, you can make a flat panel. Some people struggle with that, so I opted to make the scarf as a tube instead. Thank you for your support!

not the easiest way to make a snowman
It can be a little hard with all the stuffing, but keep trying and never give up. I am sure you can make it!
