@@borandell9915 I agree fully. I can only imagine what it will look like when finished. I've seen over my 14 years of going to Sturgis change but it's so small. I realize it's all from donations but it would be nice to see it complete. We'll i guess dome future generations will appreciate it! Hope it's not torn down by the cancel culture now days!
Central States Fairground in Rapid City is our choice for an rv park during Bike Week in Sturgis. Been there twice. Expect cramped space at over $100/ night in Sturgis ---- maybe $35/night now at Central States. just our experience

Not being a party person, I traveled through Sturgis area years ago a few weeks after the rally. Always nice to see things you missed. Thanks for the ride-a-long. A long way from N E Ohio, 3 weeks vacation, and many sights to see. What a wonderful country we live in.!! 👍👍🏍🏍🏍🙋♂️

never been---yet----but i get a feeling of depression, that for 7, 8 days of riding and partying, it's over. time to go home. now all the places will be ghostly, empty. i don't know why, but it bums me out. i love your drone footage. and the tours, i really do. watched a lot of your videos(i am subbed) be safe out there.

Thank you for this look behind the scenes! I frequently go through Sturgis on the way to or from the Black Hills or Rapid City. I enjoyed seeing the motorcycle infrastructure, especially Full Throttle. I've seen it from the road, but never stopped. As close as I live, I've never visited during the motorcycle rally.
I remember when Full Throttle caught on fire. It was a lot of damage. It looks like the old spot is back in use.
That building at bearbutte lake is the old changing rooms,there use to b a swimming pool there with sand

Hey Russ, it’s been a long time since I’ve commented but always enjoy your channel. I’ve really enjoyed your videos on Sturgis as well as Quartzite. I haven’t been to either but after watching your videos for the past years, I’m thinking of taking the rv and going to both places next year. Looks like fun and a lot of things to see and do. FTS used to be really fun at the old place. The new place just doesn't have any pazass. It's like give me your money. Tge old place had corners to turn and run into people. New place is all commercialized.

The whole thing is just an excuse to keep burning gas. Enjoy it while you can. Bought my last gallon of gas 7 years ago. I drive the silent polution free Arcimoto electric autocycle. I don't disturb the peace with a loud exhaust. Go electric and ship them there on rails. Arrive in busses, not 4000 pound RVs.
