Is Ballard a welder? I talked to him a few years back at the Lonestar Rally in Galveston and at that time he had not made up his mind whether to rebuild or not!

I liked the old Full Throttle Saloon better.
It's impossible to recreate a 20-year filled in two years and I would look and feel the same
At least the new bar built out if steel and protection from the weather
