nah Kraven is stupid in the comics too, he only had one good story and it's the one where he blows his brains out at the end (not a joke, that actually happens and it's a pretty cool story arc)

Honestly I only knew of Craven because of the 90’s cartoon and I only remember it was during his changing into a spider so I don’t know who is but I knew he wasn’t what the movie showed
@ Yes it was a side effect from Peter getting bit by the spider was to turn into a human sized spider in the cartoon that I saw. The lizard doctor got him a cure before it was completed as I remember
