I'm so glad that I have been role-playing in World of Warcraft for over 13 years because the lore within this game is just amazing in so many ways. One of the main reason why I began to role-play in the first place. You are elevating the quests to a whole other level by sharing these videos on RUclips. I love the format you are using. Keep it up, I love it! I spent many years role-playing on Argent Dawn (EU) and was a member in a guild known as the Stormwind Infantry.
Thr human heritage armor questline in dragonflight actually revealed more Defias lore. Like that Anduin offered pardons to members of the Stonemasons guild and many of them accepted such pardons. While others continued the defias brotherhood for the sake of banditry. Vanessa Vancleef even abandoning this defias remnant to instead truly help Westfall. Reconnecting eith her adoptive family, the Saldeans and forming the Breadbasket guild.
Thank you so much! And don't worry, when I was deciding on these lore videos to do, the first two were the Defias and Scarlet Brotherhood ;) Might be a minute before I get to them, unfortunately!
@@FullMotionVideoswe need the SC one bro, these videos are great. Def a sub from me, kills time when I’m working overnights at my job. Keep up the good work
Been playing this game since 06. These lore videos bring me back to simpler times, getting home from school and hopping on with all my friends and gaming for hours. Keep it up man
Please keep doing these videos. I've play WoW since 2005 and every single video you make I learn some tidbit or outright amazing detail I had no clue of. I never knew Lothar was held captive in the Dead Mines.
Excellent! I hope the game goes well! There's a ton of cool details like this from games like Warcraft to add to campaigns and spice it up. That's generally my secret ;P
Hello ! Love the video and the whole storytelling ! I recently found your channel and its amazing ! I did not notice a video about how Argent Crusade and Argent Dawn were formed and I would love to see a video about them and how they relate to the paladins in general. Thanks for the content and keep up the great work !
Isn't the ogre in the picture at 4:30 Rhahk'Zor? The art seems to imply that the ogre was a builder and member of the stonemasons from the very beginning.
And there I was, wondering if you left out the fact that champions did indeed kill Vanessa van Cleef in the heroic version of the Deadmines since Cataclism, only to find out, that she in fact survived and was later recruited into the Order of the Uncrowned by Rogue Players in Legion. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
So the material the bandana is made form denotes rank? I wonder what the order is. I imagine wool is at the bottom, given that the wool bandanas are the ones usually found on lowly bandits.
Yes its unfair what happened to them.. but those idiots.. They are the smart builders, they could all become formidable warriors thanks for Edwin. All they needed to do is seize the westfall mines. Uniter all in Westfall and build their own giant Keep. And they could build the keep not just on top but also into the mines.. that would've been such a cool story to have another enemy city there..
That wouldn't be possible. as much as World of Warcraft is a fantasy cartoon game and most things don't make a whole lot of logical sense under scrutiny, there is some intelligence to the fact that the Defias Brotherhood needed to operate secretly. The entire point of their plan was surprised. some people in the local areas that they operate may know about them in a immediate sense but they aren't a major threat that is known at the higher levels or even in Stormwind itself. Because of this they don't get a lot of attention, or a lot of force applied to them, hence why brave adventurers like you have to deal with them instead of Stormwind just sending in a couple companies of soldiers. That's why they are building their super weapon underground so they can spring the trap at the last minute. if they came out in the open and tried to seize a part of Stormwind territory and build a castle, something which takes many years, then they would clearly be identified as a threat and the Army would come out to crack them over the head and that would be the end of everything.
Eventually, for sure. By the time World of Warcraft has rolled around, the Defias have become a serious danger in Westfall, forcing many farmers from their homes in fear of their life. Definitely expect that some of them were killed.
@@FullMotionVideos That's what I said to my buddy XD he said that they didn't because all the quest givers there and there isn't a dead farmers around. Haha I was like what about all the murders in random farms or the gnolls with human skin tents that work with them?

What I want to know is, who the hell kidnapped the king, and when?????? I remember playing WoW vanilla, and there was no king from the beginning! When the fk did that happen, and why not include the players in it????????? Just one day after X patch or expansion BOOM, the king was there......... Well fk me!! I started playing as a paladin, and played and played, and there was no quest to rescue the king, or any king. And now when you start a new game, the king is always there. He doesn't get kidnapped or anything... I don't get how these quests work! Do you need to play as a human assassin to get the quest, or what? It's the freaking king, it should affect all human classes!! Like with Thrall, when did he become a shaman????? Do I have to play as an orc shaman to see that storyline? Because too much story happens "off-screen", and I hate it.....................................! :(((
