Just had an amazing pre-Christmas dinner at Cabel. The food and service was amazing. Thank you for broadening our food horizon. The in house made desserts were also spot on.
I grow up in Mindanao but I only know tiyola itum, a delicious stew as it was often served by our professor in Marawi everytime there's a special occasion.
Their stories make me want to eat and taste their food, idk what I'm feeling as I watch this but I will for sure be visiting their resto on my free time😁🫶🏼

As a person from luzon , i genuinely know nothing about mindanao. I blame it on our media coverage. All i know about mindanao are negative stereotypes about their people. The average filipinos around me are clueless about the cultures of southern Filipinos.
