      I climbed projects yesterday for about 2 hours, and slept amazing! It was an intense workout!

    Great video. Have you found that doing martial arts at different times of day can impact sleep differently in your research? Or specifically how more meditative practices impact sleep differently than those that require more cardio-respiratory fitness?
