What you all been waiting for 😮💨 My quick and easy recipe dim sum style rice rolls! Microwave edition. When you make these remember Pete said you can do it in the microwave 😂
Learning, how to make this is a game changer. You can whip it up so quick - it is faster than a dim sum lady coming by your table asking to refill your dim sum when you already have a full table. 😂

Steamed Shrimp:
1 doz. Shrimp cleaned
Garlic powder
White pepper
Salt to taste
Sesame oil
Mushroom bouillon (optional)
Rice Noodle Batter:
Rice flour (not glutinous)
Tapioca starch
Water
Corn starch
Sesame oil
Salt to taste
Green onion (optional)
Sauce:
Oyster sauce
Sweet soy sauce
Sweetener
Seasoning sauce

For everyone struggling to find the measurements: 1/2 cup rice flour, 1/4 cup tapioca starch, 1 tsp of corn starch and 3/4 cup water.
