  • Dribble timing is one of the biggest keys we teach our players from the youth level all the way up to pros. It helps us move more fluently with the ball, more efficiently, while being able to get anywhere we want on the court and start/stop whenever we want as well. While there is no right or wrongs, it's so important to BE ABLE to do these things so that you can adapt to certain game situations without consciously thinking about it.
