This is Transformers: More Than Meets The Eye (MTMTE). The story follows a crew of Cybertronians led by Rodimus, who go on quests in their starship, the "Lost Light". This section Lord Starscream, ruler of Cybertron, speaks out during Megatrons Trial.

I've wanted to do a remaster of alot of my older dubs for a while, and I thought I'd start with one of my favorites. I have improved my visual editing of the panels and delivery of these lines (not by a whole lot) and the quality of the sound aswell since then. So I hope you enjoy this remaster!

Whose idea was to make STARSCREAM of all people the ruler of Cybertron?

The reason my Starscream became the ruler it's because of a time traveling Shockwave that was in the past and created a prophecy for Starscream to be the ruler
