I love the fact he was never regarded as a highly mechanical player, just played good solid rocket league.

i remember watching that jstn 0 second goal live, then watching turbopolsa finish them off a few seconds later. probably one of the craziest series i've watched.

Turbo has 4 worlds championships true, but Kaydop played 6 straight grand finals on three different rosters loosing two of them by one goal in game 7 😭
He also won more regionals, has been the « best player in the world » for a longer amount of time and also arguably has more longevity as he won RLCS season X with fairy and alpha.
Both have a strong cases to be considered the « goat »

those two were a bit rusty (they could maaybe compete today if they started grinding which they don't want to do)
also one thing thats INHUMAN is turbo's reading of the ball. He knows 100% if the ball is going in the net or not instantly and im talking barely after the ball has left the opponent's car
it's the intangibles that made turbo so dominant, he never had top tier mechanics for a professional player, he was downright below average (FOR PROS, WAAAy ABOVE ANY GC)

At the start everybody thought Turbo was not good since his teams were always losing. Maestro was a top 3 player in the world back then and replacing him with Turbo people thought the team would not do well, this is when Turbo proved he belonged.
