There is Octopath Traveller (1) and Octopath Traveller 2. First game was physically released only on switch. While the second game was also released on PS4 and PS5. From the graphic and fidelity, best physical version for the second game is PS5. Better resolution and looks overall better. I your video you are mixing them together and showing mostly trailer from the second game. Both games were developed by Square Enix, but the first one was published by Nintendo and the second one was not. Now thing is that most Square Enix games on switch are not expensive over the time. (also it really depends). This can be especially true for their multiplatform releases, where many times switch version is the worst of them all.
Zelda games hold their value and increase over time despite how available they are in the market. I have CIB Zelda Twighlight princess with 150.00 and Wind Waker creeping up on a 100.00 for GC and both games sold a few million on GC. Not stopping those from being more valuable than Say the Metroid Prime, Pikmin, Smash Bros or even Pokemon GC games that sold way less than Zelda Franchises on that system. You can also Zelda Franchises hold and increase value more than any other first party Nintendo game with exception of a Mario, Pokemon or Fire Emblem but I’d say it is pretty close. Zelda Tears of the Kingdom and Breath of the wild will not be any different in that regards and can see that one hitting over 100.00 in next 5 years
Make a new list of the best offline games to invest in.. the only way they will become expensive is if the internet goes down worldwide and the only playable games are offline.
I just stumbled on this video. There are some great games in this list, but buying games as an "investment" is immensely speculative. Over 10 years, you would get better returns investing in the stock market such as buying into the Vanguard Total Market EFT or Vanguard S&P 500 ETF.
"buy before rare" are you really falling for fear of missing out marketing instead of realizing someone will archive it and it probably wasnt worth your time anyways?
It’s for investment purposes. Digital copies/roms don’t retain any monetary value. The purpose of this video was to speculate physical copies of switch games that have the potential to be more valuable several years down the road :) digital roms and archived data will always be around, and that’s great! Physical collecting will always be a great thing too.
What is your favorite switch game?
This dude lost me when he said he skips the stories in an RPG. Next.
LOL
Man I can’t stand RPG games have too much text I always skip them lol
