A perfect family home with good sized bedrooms, but small enough for comfort - I hate huge rooms ! This has everything & the views ! I could move in & be happy here with no problem !

It is a bit quick, but he covered everything pertinent in a short amount of time. Those of us who don't want to spend 30 minutes to see a home video, appreciate the short vids. Could do with a bit slower spinning though. My bigger issue is in the beginning, his words get totally lost in the wind. Can't help the weather, but there's no use talking when it's that windy.
@@veronicaroach3667 These are coming soon vidoes - the property typically goes live 5-7 days later . They are proofed by the seller before we leave the property. We have been doing them for 5 years and by far the biggest feedback is buyers like them and if they are too long people get bored. I will take on board the spinning round comment and slow down but we won't be making the videos any longer.
Possibly the least-practical kitchen arrangement imaginable -- no wonder you passed over it so quickly. Very nice finishes -- cabinetry and counter tops -- to be sure, but abysmal layout. Can be remedied, of course.
