Pretty town :) Back in 2009, I dined at a cozy restaurant situated a few doors down from this building. Across the river, there's a grassy hillside by the church/visitor center that was home to many different colored rabbits. In the evening they'd come out to feed & chase each other ~ dozens & dozens of them! Very funny & a bit strange... 🐰 🐇,,

I would totally remodel. The second bedroom would become the livingroom/lounge. The current livingroom lounge would become the master bedroom. The half-wall counter would become a solid wall, from the wall to just behind the the extractor fan; then a wall with a pocket door to close off the new master bedroom. There fixed it. What is that niche in the kitchen area. What's behind the hall door that wasn't opened - or are some things best not to ask about?

Very quiet. Leafy outlook. Big single pane windows. Nice to have an airlock front and rear. Unusual having entrance into dining room, but works well enough. 😁👍

Love the location Love the stone part of the property. Would need to update the entire property though - wallpaper, flooring, doors, skirting, bathrooms, kitchen… But it looks like the property has good bones - at least from this brief video. Love the location and the kitchen but feels a little cramped upstairs with the sloping ceilings and for some reason that stairway freaks me out because the railings don't go right to the end so it feels like you mght fall down the stairs lol.
