I do not agree with Ajith - attach a regulator to your inert line so you know the pressure in the vessel; it is possible to apply vacuum if you have a sintered metal filter with a plastic filter for seal to desiccate the vessel - though you must know you have a good seal through the lack of blinding (particulates) in the filtrate. Inshallah you’ve already figured it out!
