Friends in todays lecture i have basically discussed about agitated nutsche filter. Working principle of ANFD is described in step by step manner. All parts of ANFD and its working is explained in detailed manner such as Agitator, Hydraulic System, Inlet and outlet lines, Sight Glass , Discharge Valve, Filter Plate, Jacket, Detachable bottom etc.

Hi good session, what is purpose equalization line in ANFD
Dear in ANFD during drying some of the vapors may get trapped before the filter cloth and vaccum from top cannot enter there due to cloth chocking due to powder.So to improve this an equalization line is provided from bottom.

impeller to bottom clearance kitna hota h? agar shaft upward le or achanak automatic niche aa jaye to ky problem ho skta h.
Dear Ayush sudden jerk can may lead to seal damage ,even agitator shaft may disbalance. Clerance is approximately in most of the cases 10-20 mm depending upon ur product nature.

Press mode or cut mode kya hota hai
Dear Tukaram cut mode is basically the clockwise rotation of Agitator and is basically used for cutting of cake during batch dumping or cases when proper cake is not formed.Press mode is used for compression of cake and is basically the anticlockwise direction rotation of Agitator.
