Sir I have a doubt
U told that tip diameter have dentin shavings then we didn't have to increase the taper
But according to me tip should be same just width should be increased so it can be done by increasing the taper

I do rcts I can find canals even in upper 7 easily but what is the problem is I don't know when the pulp is removed or not and some times patient complans of pain in second sitting I even thought of doing course of endo because of this issue but I find you on you tube thank u

Dr , does the root canal sealer alters the taper?
Sometimes the sealers give resistance while inserting the gp, if we prepare the canal accurately also , the sealer becomes a problem!
Pls guide.

My view ur problem solution is to change consistency of sealer. Else sealer is not much problematic

If u wanna avoid dry socket... Give perfect n proper post extraction instructions. N will putting pressure pack of cotton or gauge slightly deep with betadine solution
