Hi..i am also dental practitioner ... if we go by dental thickness then won't the concept will shift .. I feel if no pain and we remove caries and refill accordingly then it will go better... I have seen in my practice that dentine thickness and caries judgement shld go acrrdngly n treated... discussion here

Mujhe y janna h cavity cpean krne k baad jab feeling kr di jay or uske kuch time baad felling nikal jati h to cavity phir se lagna start hoti h ya feeling niklne k baad bhi ham proper care krni shuru kr de to cavity nhi lgegi???

How do you do direct and indirect pulp capping if 1-2 mm dentin thickness is remaining according to you as you said in the video?
IPC in case of remaining dentine is affected
And DPC in case where all the remaining dentine is present (affected) but there is iatrogenic pin point pulp exposure.
Sir my extraction site is red after 11th day of tooth extraction .
It is a sign of infection ?

It will depend on the tooth's condition and dentist's expertise for the case
But most likely apko dant nikalne ko bolenge, as wisdom teeth are challenging to treat with RCT
