What kind of cattle are those? Nice temperament from the bull. Always easier to work friendly cattle. You can feed them cubes and get them to do anything! If there was a short-haired version I'd think about getting some here in Texas. Those long haired animals would hate the heat where I'm at though haha
Good Work! That looks a lot like my old E. Tennessee "stompin' grounds". Are you guys in E. Kentucky? My Dad was from Harlan County. We're up in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan now. We have Highlands, too.
lots of petting cows but not much building chute
Great work my friend !!👍 the cows seem to want to help!! 😂
What size wood do you have on the outside of the chute? It doesn’t quite look like 2x6?
2x6 on the inside of the chute. Regular 1 inch fence board on the outside.
How wide is your chute ?
Any idea what brand that headgate is?
Hi there, good job, would you pls share the design of your head gate

They are Scottish highland, several ranches in Oklahoma raise them… they do like to swim in the summer here to get cooled down.
