It’s a very heavy 4x4 vehicle. If you start your day charged, you would likely see upwards of 70mpg, assuming the first 25 miles each day are at 999mpg.
The car industry is just going around in circles , even with full EVs, their range only gets better because they keep adding batteries, which makes them harder to manufacture which means hardly anyone will own them. Ford already cancelled personal orders for the Mach E this year.... Nice
You know. Can I just say how much I love the way you review vehicles. Your excellent. I’m taking notes lol. I am a car enthusiast wish I could have all of them but that couldn’t be possible 🤣 Unless I reviewed them 🤔😧🤯 Exceptional Job as always!
I've had a summit reserve for 2 months and it is a phenomenal car I go through a gallon or 2 every week for 250 to 300 miles the car is well worth the price especially after the $7,500 federal tax credit and a $4000 state credit

Like it or not this will be the type of vehicle dominating for the next 10-15 years. No where near enough batteries for everyone to go electric. I’m guessing only 25-30% by 2032.
This is one of the best cars ever made in this day and age.... And the plug in hybrid is just what Stellantis/FCA needed in today's market! Oh, this will be a bigger seller than the previous generation... Awesome video by the way Sofyan! keep it up
I am looking forward to the new hurricane engine option... High output in the Srt ~510 hp and 500 ft/lbs standard output with ~420 hp and 450ish ft/lbs. From a twin-turbo 3.0L inline 6. Seems like it will be an excellent replacement for the old but tried and true 5.7L V8. Jeeps says the high output is supposed to it a couple of MPGs more than the v8 (which v8 they don't say). But we will see. I do worry about the power vs. displacement, but it should be better than the complexities of the hybrid system., for which you only get 22-24mpg anyways with regular driving, so if the new engine can get 20ish mpg seems like a much better option. with Jeep/FCA/Stellantis (terrible name) you have to pick your poison in terms of questionable reliability, unfortunately.
I must say the 4 cylinder definitely doesn't sound as refined as a V6 or V8, but it doesn't sound as bad as other 4 cylinders. At least within the video. Something that will make a decision for me during a test drive.
Jeep really set up a challenging off road track run & Sofyan's enjoyment of "steering the course" certainly added to this vid ! 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee exterior design looks good in white/black as well as in maroon. Interior is first rate premium look. Exterior looks so much better than Grand Wagoneer ... Rear turn lights in white lense should be amber/orange as much more visible & safer = even better if front & rear turn signals are sequential ... Rear hatch should be two piece like in BMW X7 & Range Rover = more practical & versatile - same for Explorer, 4runner, Pathfinder etc ...
It’s so frustrating seeing so many plug-in hybrids with only 20-25 miles of electric only driving. Guess I’ll just have to stay on the RAV4 prime waiting list. At this rate, I’ll finally get one in 2024
Are you located in the United States? Are there still Prime waiting lists in the United States? I got my Prime last August without much waiting here in Texas. I assumed things got better when it came to waiting times for the Prime model.
I’ve owned multiple Chrysler group vehicles over the years. Honestly so long as you have the six cylinder engines you’re good. Avoid the 4 cylinders and physically small vehicles and I can assure you you’ll be ok
I'm understanding that the 4xe utilizes lithium ion batteries. Lithium ion batteries typically have a battery life cycle of about 800 cycles, after which the the battery's capacity is reduced to 80%. Lithium iron phosphate batteries have about 3,500 cycles before deteriorating to the 80% capacity mark. Am I understanding this correctly?
