Guys, Enstrom helicopters are made in the United States not France. The rep I spoke to at the convention said there were made in France or perhaps I heard incorrectly. Either way, apologies for the misrepresentation. Hope you still enjoyed the video 😜
The Enstrom helicopter is a nice aircraft. Very smooth and comfortable. (I'm a retired helicopter pilot, and have flown many types. This was one of my favorites 👍)
just get a C or A for your training power management time.

Enstrom Helicopters: Based in Menominee, MI and proudly made in the USA. However, no one is perfect and mistakes do happen. Did you talk to the sales rep, he would have told you they were made in the USA. Well he should have!!!
However, mistakes aside, it was nice to have a look around one of these machines. Nice one Mike.

Geeez Mike. "A Trainer Helicopter"...??? OK, plenty of pilots train on Cobra gunships. Are those "Trainer Helicopters" too? People train in all sorts of things... Boeing 777's, for example. I hate how you label a plane or a helicopter as a "training" machine, when it would be way more correct to state that ONE of it's suitable roles would be in a flight school environment. Most machines used for training have sooooooo many other uses too. The label, misapplied, just highlights how little aviation experience you have, in my opinion. Maybe I'm just being nit-picky.
I get your reasoning and they are very valid. I think he was meaning to say first helicopter ownership. Those helis aren't your typical helicopter trainers like a Robinson R-22 (and Beta II), Schweizer 300, or a Bell47.
