In my case, my controller was dead as well as the twiest throttle. I ended up replacing the Hall sensor in throttle, and buying a new Controller.. Great Video and very helpful with me diagnosing my issue with my GIO 500watt Manteray. Thanks again Sir!
hi...my nakto camel ebike cuts out if i give it more than just a feather of throttle. i believe the battery to be good. what could be causing bike to cut out, shut down under any type of load? ty
Four wheeler worked great. Put it up for the winter, when we got it back out to charge it, it gets power to the lights on the throttle. When we attempt to remove the power the lights on the handle bars never come back on, the throttle won’t work, and the alarm continues to chirp. Any suggestions?
I have a 6 wire for light display and Cruz control throttle. So to I short the black and brown in this case for the 36 b to go back to the hub ? Or is it low voltage 5 to the trigger ?
I talked with you on another video of yours. I did continuity tests on everything on the atv and I had the batteries tested and they are all good batteries. My throttle plug has 3bwires connected and one yellow wire that is external from the throttle plug. I touch that yellow wire and the green wire and the multimeter beeps. Am I supposed to touch this two wires? I still ha e full power and tested all the motor and everything else beeps. The forward reverse switch is testing good as well.
I'm not sure if this means faulty throttle handle or bad computer. Everything else is checking out good so maybe should I just replace both the handle and the computer?

I have a Phantomgogo R1 36v scooter. When I tested the wife's coming out of the controller and I found that the 5 volt Red Wire is pushing 17.44 volts. I am afraid of connectiing the.controller to the throttle because I do not want to damage the throttle. Is this high voltage normal or is it a defect? Will it destroy my throttle?
Sorry, i am not familiar with your scooter and its wiring diagram color codes, so i can not suggest you much to avoid making it worse... But from my experience i never seen that throttle handle can get damaged , but only controller can get damaged if connected wrongly
I purchased a Rosso kids quad used for my daughters birthday. It's from 2019 and it only worked for about 10 minutes before it stopped working. The lights come on for the headlight and throttle but the quad will not move. Could this possibly be the battery? Or the controller and battery?

Sorry to bother you again. I now replaced the throttle handle and still no movement. Computer is replaced and throttle handle replaced. Motor is good. All that's left if the forward reverse switch and speed key switch. Can a defective forward reverse switch or speed switch cause the atv not to move? Please let me know. Thanks.

Also is it in forward or reverse I still get a beep sound from both sides of the switch. Isn't only one side supposed to beep until I switch polarity?
Hello , I have a rosso equad x , my son whashed the bike with water and since then the bike won’t start. The fuse burnt out and then I putted a knew one and the moment I turne the switch to foward the motor activate itself for 1-2 sec and then the fuse burn out again Is it the dc controller or the motor that is broken , there seems to be a short circuit somewhere cause the fuse keep dying. When I put a new fuse the lights and all the lights on the handlebar works fine

☠️☠️☠️ I've been experiencing extremely dangerous episodes of the motor not stopping as soon as I turn the throttle , related to high humidity conditions ! I think it's because the humidity increases conductivity of the hall sensors in the throttle . can you recommend a good throttle ? I think the manufacturers are going to have to make them water proof. I experienced the same issue with a different throttle , battery and controller. just using the bike after a rain storm is enough to cause the issue. We must have a throttle will a switch to cut power ! ☠️ Also stop using hot glue on the Hall sensors ! It melts were I live ! And make the throttle not Fall apart so easy , and they need to be made with softer grips or made to accept normal grip's.
You can do continuity test, as shown on one of my other videos , or you can bypass F/N/R switch and connect Bleu and Yellow wires from the controller directly to Red and Black wired on the motor to see if motor will spin. And if it is, than you know that gear switch is not passing power and need to be replaced
Hey, I was having an issue with my scooter. The scooter turns on normal, the horn works, the head/tail lights work, and the battery level lights on the throttle turn on too just like the video. I replaced the throttle first with an oem one. Didn’t work, I replaced the controller with an oem one as well. Didn’t work, I was then told about the brake sensor, my brake sensor was damaged but worked fine. I got new brake levers which come with the brake sensors and is still doesn’t work. I had a feeling it’s the battery but I tested it with the original scooter battery that I had before I upgraded. Still didn’t work. Could it be the motor? Pls help
I'm having the same issue. I replaced nearly everything on my daughters electric atv. All that's left is the speed control switch and the forward reverse switch.
@@TrendyCentral remember to test the motor you can touch the yellow wires directly to the motor red and black wires if the tires spin even once the motor is good.
Can someone please explain to me why he doesn't need to bridge the connections of the front, rear and footbreak for the esc to supply power. I thought these connections needed continuity because all the break leavers have switches inside that cut the power to the motor when unpressed? Thanks in advance
Controller work only when brake plug wires are not touched, as when brake handle is pressed those wires get touched and it disconnect power inside the controller
Just tried that the handle. They quad is still full throttle as soon as you trun it to forward or reverse and out stop with left brake or key fob. Will just stop when turned to off on center knob.

What if you charging it and then the lights don't work is it throttle or controller because with no lights can't turn it on so wouldn't no if it's controller blown from charging and pressing throttle at same time it's blown controller or would throttle be blown
Controller JUST passing power through to your batteries, so it got nothing to do with charging. Better to verify is Voltage is coming out from battery pack connection plug and if Voltage is present, than next stepis testing or overriding ignition switch. And if after those 2 steps done and it still not powering ON , it means that controller is blown and need to be replaced. The batteries both showing 53volts it was when I was charging them and to see how much charge they had I reved them and both stopped working batteries still charge but I don't no if throttle fault or controller
@djmccrea2438 Controller is supposed to have a safety future, so it will cut off power if it detects the charger to be plugged in. Make sure fuse is not blown and actual Voltage is present at the battery connection plug

Battery must be recharged every 3-4 weeks, otherwise they reach critically low level and get destroyed, in this case you need new set of batteries

One or more batteries are dead. Ussually they dont last more than 2 years

Unplugg acceleration handle from controller and see if the fuse will keep blowing, if yes, than replace controller

What if you do the jumper and it only runs for ¼ second and stops?
Low battery Voltage ( less than 38V) or faulty controller

Try to loose throttle handle housing clamp screw that holds handle to the pipe and pull out complete handle by 1/4 inch and secure screw

Batteries showing voltage but I don't no if it's controller or the actual throttle blown because it won't turn on
