Hello, you gotta set the cframe of both HRPs to the same coordinarte and animate from there. For animations to instantly load you gotta have the animation track already preloaded so do :Play() and :Stop(). Both animations need to last the same time and when they finish, teleport the HRP cframe to the torso position and X orientation, and also stop both animation since there may be some lag between the server and players perspective (I would recommend adding an extra second to the animation and an animation Event before that because of lag). Hope this helped on making things more clear.

It's like building with lego bricks, finding the right parts to build a great house to build another floor on it like video games systems connecting to each other
