Hello! I was wondering why my laptop doesn't make a sound when I get a live chat message. I looked in settings in my profile but nothing about sound, just put yes that I did want a notification. Please help!!!
Hi Marlina. As of today the live chat widget does not make noise when a chat comes in. But what you can do is set up a workflow to send you a text or email when a live chat comes in. I will record a video on How to set this up and drop the link here.
