Looks delicious, but the original recipe is made with roasted, then ground walnuts, and the cake is topped with fondant. La ricetta originale prevede l'uso di noci tostate e poi tritate e la torta è ricoperta di fondente.
Can I make a suggestion? If it's possible to include at video beginning a list of total of ingredients, even it is write on a paper. I watch from a no so god internet signal area and many times I lose this data. The video stays a while in the buffer. Otherwise your receipts and presentation are top class.

You need the jam to get a nice glaze on top. You can use fondant instead of white chocolate
