- Police said no one saw the crash itself, but witnesses did see the suspect get out of the car and walk over to a man lying on the ground nearby.

These aren’t apartments. My mom lives there. They are privately owned homes.
Surprising ... 0:41 ... No known relationship between the two individuals. So, some Criminal drives a stolen car, hits a guy walking there, jumps out, stabs him to death, and run off. Right?
The victim is a grand father. Believe it or not, people on drugs are out here ruining lives for no reason.
