I found out how to solve blurry volumetric clouds: Go into temploral upscaling (via clicking the EVE icon and clicking the arrows at the top until the options appear. Once ur at the temporal upscaling, set it to x8 or x9 instead of x32, then click apply and then save)
Persistent Thrust? It sounds like it is sort of a game changer of a mod! How does it work, in practice? I love KSP, but the time sink it can be is really a barrier when you don't have much left to spare =\ Great Video, as always !!! =)
I'll put a toggle setting in the left click on engine menu which says "Persistent thrust enabled/disabled" and when its enabled you can keep your orientation & thrust going at any time warp!
Nice video ! The mod at the beginning of the video to ‘exit’ the VAB in order to build bigger rockets is ‘Hangar Extender’. Your way of making big all-in-one and sometimes un-aerodynamic rockets reminds me of Matt Lowne in some videos xD ! Also the video format is very similar and I like it!
@ With 1 KSP Esport trophy he is undeniably one of the greats in stock KSP, denying it would be being delusional. He is one of the few that made me get KSP, and I don’t regret it! If only he added OPM or some other planetary mods like Kcalbeloh, we would get a very cool and fresh form of content from him !
hey man! you should probably try the planetside exploration technologies mod, the base parts are inspired from real nasa mock up bases and the iva's are super cool! it also adds wind turbines for electric generation and even inflatable modules :o
Do you plan on making any tutorials on how to use all the Far future engines. I recently got the mod along with OPM. And a few other near future mods/ base mods. But I haven't been able to figure out how to use the engines.
The engines in near future propulsion are like ion engines, so they need there own fuel and lots of electricity. Generating the electricity by normal means is almost impossible. So in the near future electrics mod they add nuclear reactors, the o la downside is the heat they add to the craft. To fix this add some radiators from near future heating (I believe*).
That's definitely something I might want to do in the future. I've only used like 3 of the engines, & would probably do a short video tutorial on each. Javelin_Shadow on RUclips has a really comprehensive tutorial on them rn though in the meantime! When I have gotten familiar with all the engines tho that is definitely something I would be interesting in making for like a mini series of tutorials. Thanks for the comment!
Great video, as always. It has inspired me to give this mod a try and i installed everything already. The only issue i have is that i dont really know how to use the near and far future propulsion parts. Does anyone know about any tutorials about these? Especially about the near future propulsion. Thanks a lot, and again amazing video
There are some extensive tutorials on Far Future engines by Javelin_Shadow on RUclips. I'm not sure of the near future ones, but I did use a near future engine on my missions to the Brown dwarf system In this series that might help you figure those out. I have only tried the biggest magnetoplasmadynamic engine there.
Absolutely! There is like one moon that I missed that I might do a video on before the finale, & also I just learned how to use the Nuclear Jet engine that you can use to fly in the atmospheres of gas giants so I might do a video with that, but after that I will be sending something into the black hole for sure!!
@boguekerbal oh Elad right forgot about that one, the volumetric clouds give really nice "underworlds" to the gas Giants so a dive into them would look really cool.
Oh snap my signature maneuver haha like Lowne's Lazy method of docking we got Bogue's thread the needle maneuver haha. Im honored. I will remember to call it out next time haha
Hey man! I'm collecting data from various KSP youtubers about their PC specs, because soon I'll begin building my own PC specially to play heavily modded KSP (like RSS/RO) So I'm asking you about your PC specs, thank you.

Thanks!
Thank u I’ve been struggling so bad with this
Because camping on the edge of certain death is *a great idea!*
How Kerbals go camping haha
might as well have fun when youre billions of kilometers away from home
@@CultReport real. Building surface bases here is essentially interstellar glamping
Matt lowne with a big modpack! What is there not to like in this series?
Haha thank you! Thanks for watching!
That Base with the Black Hole in the Background is Slick AF!
Bro thanks!!
Everything about this is awesome, keep it up!!
Thanks Smooneychad! I just watched your new Kcalbeloh system video! Glad to see it!
This is a masterpiece. (Also, thanks for downloading Parallax!!)
Bro thank you!! I should have gotten it sooner haha
This is sick I wish I knew how to do this. Good job!
I hope my videos make it easier to do these kinds of missions yourself!
@ they are actually really helpful for me I try to make missions based on what you do.
Only one thing left to do!
ENTER THE BLACK HOLE AS A QUICK FINAL EPISODE or smthn like that for fun idk lol
I will!
@ yippe
i love your intro tones, always look forward to it
underrated
Brooo thanks!
man what a fantastic video that show off 2 main mods i really enjoyed watching this, thank you!
Very nice! Thanks for watching!
Beautiful shots and great video
Thank you!!
1. 7:42 for these long pulling burns you can use the maneuver editor
2.turn on the Advanced thrust display setting

@boguekerbal great, will take a look thanks
@tou-fpv2952 No problem, thanks for watching!
I love how all the planet and star names are reversed as well.
Yeah man that is a fun little easter egg!
TIP : for rovers, to move forward use the forward of the RCS and to turn the normal yaw.
Great tip!
@@boguekerbal I've seen so many peoples struggle with that myself included, so its a easy solution
Fantastic! Is this KSP 1 or KSP 2?
KSP 1 of course!
Watch Heff Mk2's interstellar Vid
You can just turn on SAS only mode to stop the rover from pitching and stuff
You should do a space station with big gravity rings in a low orbit around the black hole!
Bro that's the plan!! I think that might be my series finale. Thanks!
@@boguekerbal drop a probe into kcalbeloh too, for science!
@@notjebbutstillakerbal Bro you already know I gotta do it
See how close you can get the station to orbit the black hole with far future technologies
Yea but try to use the really big gravity rings because they have an awesome free iva view!
How do you engage time warp while burning?
I achieve that with a mod called Persistent Thrust, which allows you to unlimited non-physics timewarp while burning!
I would love to go to that System but I am super creeped out by the Wormhole for some reason
It is a little creepy. I wonder if there is a word for wormhole-phobias. I wonder tho too if interstellar space is also just as creepy
So now that weve seen all the celestial bodies around Kcalbeloh, whats remaining? Throwing a kerbal into the black hole
Absolutely! Bit of a nitpick, but at 2:20, the radiators are from heat control, not system heat. SH is the mod that adds the heat loop cooling systems
Oh snap my bad Thanks!
