I hope we can make progress towards stuff like this in my lifetime. Not the wormhole obviously but the fission type propulsion and then hopefully fusion propulsion. Who knows maybe we’ll cure aging and get to see these types of technology firsthand.

There's like a radiator mod called heat management or system heat or something I can't quite remember but it comes recommended in the Far Future Tech mod home page & is a suggested add on in CKAN when you install the mod. It comes with a readout that can help you plan how much radiatior power you need to deal with your fusion based engines that generate a ton of heat.

I can barely land on and return from Eve :P I'm excited to go to the Kcabeloh system in my lets play, and will as soon as I finish the home solar system, + outer planets, quackpack, and minor planets expansion. I understand that longer videos are kinda old hat these days with the rise of ticktok and youtube shorts, but I rather have fun sharing my gameplay experiences with my friends and any any viewers that do choose to watch my videos and casually making content than try to chase the algorithm and gain as many subs as possible. I find it really cool that were commenting on each others videos and watching each others videos tho idk if you have watched mine yet. As a small youtuber I love gettingto interact with another content creator.

I guess you made this before the FFT version 1.4.0 update (the fusion fuel tanks got changed signifcantly so I could tell). Great design, did not think that you were going to use the Fresnel so that was suprising. I liked seeing the Uleg landing, especially as it's the only Kcalbeloh orbiting planet I haven't visited. By the way, FFT version 1.4+ adds an orion drive which I would definetly reccomend checking out

I chose it because it seemed to be a lower tech option (I didn't want to jump into antimatter catalyst engines right off the bat, but it is pretty good. I like the afterburner mode. I will have to update it and check out the Orion drive! That could be its own video haha
@@boguekerbal I think the Fresnel is actually one of the higher tech fusion engines based on its performance (outclasses the antimatter catalysed engines but not the frisbee pure antimatter engine). It’s only beaten by the Z-pinch and inertial confinement fusion engines in terms of efficiency compared with other fusion engines. Something like the discovery afterburning fusion engine or the magneto-inertial fusion engine would be more early game fusion engines than the Fresnel. However, it makes sense that you used the Fresnel as very few engines have the maximum delta v to perform that mission, so I think you made the right choice with the engine
The black hole looks GORGEOUS! I wish we could interact more with it! Also a question, do you consider reusing mothership for next missions? Like dock new lander and refuel it

Too bad there is never anything to do once you get to any planet really, all of them are always just a basically homogenous desert =/ I'm a 3D modeler by trade, I wish there was an easier way of adding things to the game, I'd love to try to create things to do in it I think among the several thing I miss the from KSP 2 not being completed, one of the best could have been the resource gathering system and the bases, that would at least give you something to do, after all even on KSP 1 the thing that gave me the most sense of true progression was making refuelling stations, these were one of the few actually useful things to do. Great series!!!

In this save, I use EVE (environmental visual enhancements) & Scatterer for the visual mods. As for everything else it's due to the gorgeous views of the Kcalbeloh system Planet Pack Mod

I’ve been trying to find what mods fill up the community tree but I can’t seem to find them? I have a few nodes that have nothing in them, do you happen to know the mods needed?
I think I remember reading there’s a separate config mod that allows you to manage which mods are included in it so you can still use community tech tree without all the mods installed
67 years...all those Kerbals' friends have probably died by now, especially when you consider that near the black hole time is dilated and so even more years passed.
Hopefully someone adds some sort of wave config to Roquea so that I can recreate that scene. Sounds like something blackrack could do: Realistic wave weather or something like that. Maybe some day haha, but for now the black hole water world has very calm seas.
