Charles Martinet as Senator Wilson Phillips

Forgive me for the watermark on the side. I could only find footage of the English Dub of episode 12 through anime websites. Nevertheless, here is footage of Charles Martinet's role in the Jojo's Bizarre Adventure OVA.
The OVA was animated by APPP (Another Push Pin Planning), who also animated the lost Phantom Blood film. I am unaware of the current status of the film, but I do not believe it has been fully found as of yet. The episode featured here was written by Satoshi Kon, who is famous for Perfect Blue, Paranoia Agent, and Paprika. This can be seen especially with the time stopping and driving on the street parts of the episode.
Also, while I am here, it would appear I have been having an influx of viewers harassing other people. These include people using gay and autism/autistic as insults, telling others to kill themselves for not having the same opinion, and so on, so forth.
