This is awesome man I had absolutely no idea you could do this!
Yours is still the best, most educational channel. Thanks!
100%! You deserve 1Mil subs Chris!
I have been trying to figure out how to better do this exact thing, and it never occurred to me that I could use the step sequencer for it. Thank you!
Missed you my man!! The best tutorials with a radio quality voice is bak!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼
When the world needed him the most, we have this… ♥️ 💋
I wish I knew this feature a month ago when I had to draw tons of repeated automation... Now I'm prepared, thanks! )
This is why your channel is the best, actually really helpful tutorials at the right time.
We all arrive at points in our lives where we have to pause and do a re evaluation , for whatever reason. I’ve been there plenty of times. But I beg of you…. whatever you do….PLEASE don’t stope doing these videos ☺️
Thank you for coming back!

Best Logic channel around ! Who needs TV LOL
You are appreciated
Awesome 👏🏻
Welcome back!!
Awesome, thank you. I've been getting jealous of people who use hardware and modular and wondering how I can have the same flexibility, so this is perfect timing. btw, one tip to improve the videos is to zoom in on the part of the screen you're focusing on to help us see details of buttons etc.
Ran into some bugs trying this with third party plugins. Sometimes it works, sometimes it chooses not to. Hope they fix it since this is as close as I can get to parameter locking easily in a DAW. Easily being the key. Works fine with all native devices.
Great Tip Chris and thanks,, however after applying this technique , how can we bounce and or print with automation included for a Stem?
Is that (almost) the chord progression to I Need Love by LL Cool J? I hope so.
Nice one. Didn’t know about this.
Thanks Chris. Looks like it's handy for rhythmic or randomized automation. Straight-forward automation like the EQ lo-pass filter sweep on the claps would be less work by just drawing a line in normal automation mode, no?
Fantastic! Would this also explain why sometimes I seem to get multiple tracks controlled by a single track strip after duplicating it (not stacked)?
is the marque tool the only way to make squares? is there really no other way?
I see that Maniac Mansion shirt. 👀
Hey..i need to increase the sensitivity of midi keyboard in logic but couldn't find it..can someone help❤ i found it on garageband but not in logic..
Not sure what I am doing wrong but this does not work for me ... Effect is applied to all track duration and animation in the. step sequencer is not in sync with the one in the track ...
What if I would like to automate the QuickSampler slice mode sensitivity fader ? Or the QuickSampler slice mode sample start ? Would anyone of you here know the solution ?
In Ableton this to automate is not a problem , so that might be a valid reason for Logic Pro to delete this handy option from their best DAW of the planet ? That's GREAT ! eh...?
