    Roz running krta isse mujhe bhut accha feel kiya
    Mujhe mja aane lga m dhire se better feel krne lga
    Mera dopamine serotonin level badhne lga or confidence aane lga
    M Apnipasand ki chize bnata aur khata
    Dhire 2 maine 5 k.m dhure running stamina itna increase hi hya
    Ab m bhut confident tha
    maine achanak dwa chhod di 1st day bhut takleef huyi
    But meri Dear ne mujhse baat krna chaalu kiya usse mujhe accha feel hu
    jo pasan ho usse baat krne m bhi acha feel hota hai jo hmare mood bnane ka naturally kaam krta hai
    Dopamine serotonin endhirphin ka level bdhata hai
    ab finally m Anxiety s bahar hu

    Those who suffer from anexity, just do this things, -take 8hr of sleep, -do anulom vilom and bhramri pranayam and savasan (sleep pose) twice a day at morning and evening for 15 min. Do what is ur hobby, do some exercises u will definately get result within 6 month.
