    Anxiety can often be a looping effect - the anxious thoughts trigger the body's response, which then create more anxious thoughts...and on and on. I do mindfulness meditation every morning to stop the thoughts. The book "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels has really helped me be able to observe my anxious thoughts and let them pass.

    Sir mujhy to lift se.. Shopping malls me or mandir me anxietty aajati thi... Ab mai roz inhi places me jaati... I will beat this anxiety now.... Ab mai ghbrati nahi.. Agar aisa ho b to mai ekdm mind ko positive command de deti i say to my mind that chl bay darpok theek hai tu bhag yaha se... Bs itna bolti or mujhy kuchni ota. .
